I've updated to the last iOS version, and the battery on my iPhone X hasn't been great. It drains faster even while not using the iPhone.

Anyone with the same problem?

Pretty vague statement. Check your battery usage and see app might be causing your problem.

Yeah I know, but normal day usage, with iOS 11.2 I ended the day with 50/60%. With iOS 11.2.1 I end with 30%.

Everything is the same. Same apps, configuration, usage, and it's losing 3/4% per hour while idle...

iPhone 7 updated and it drops 10% every 1/2 hour
Then something is running in the background. Check for hung email acct or iCloud processes (uploading photos, syncing safari links, etc) as those are pretty common. Signing out of each (one at a time to see which is the culprit) and rebooting is a simple fix for either IF either of those is the cause. Looking at your usage should tell you if a particular app is generating abnormal usage.

I returned my iPhone X for an 8 because of okay battery life, the long narrow screen, and weird gestures. Battery on the regular 8 is shockingly good for a 4.7’ phone.

With thousands of people reporting this issue, e.g., do a search on Twitter, I'd say it's specific enough.
Even if your statement of “thousands” was true. (Which it’s not). Thousands of hundreds of millions is statistically nothing.

Yes, statistically. And outside in the real world it means thousands of people. Period.

It still doesn't mean that people are having the exact same issues being caused by the same things.

700,000,000 estimated iPhones in use minus your 1,000 means there are still 699,999,000 iPhone out there. Like an ant pissing in the Pacific.

Yes, and they are all members of this forum and because they don’t open a thread they are all happy. And of course thousand and thousands is the same. Case closed!
