Having held out on iOS10 til three days ago, I'm so used to seeing this message I don't even notice dismissing it.
Is this really the Beta experience you'd expect aFirst few Betas? Yeah, I get it. Public Beta this close to release? No, not the experience I'd expect.
Also, Apple markets this as a PUBLIC beta. They know lots and lots of users are going to download to the daily driver.
A wonky animation here or there or something like that? Fine. Expected. This kind of bug? No. Shouldn't happen on something marketed to the public, Beta or not.
You make it sound like this is a huge issue and causing major breaks. I’d take someone putting the wrong date or not a long enough window to upgrade over wonky animations and other issues any day of the week.Is this really the Beta experience you'd expect a few weeks before release? It's like Beta 9.

Here's theoretically how to remove it: https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/unenrollJust remove beta profile and it will stop annoying you guys.
iOS 12 is just around the corner, deal with it or delete
Didn't work for me either! Now I don't have a Beta profile, so if they fix the Beta I won't get the update? This does not work for me.
iPhone and iPad users who have installed the current iOS 12 beta are being plagued with a continual popup that suggests a new iOS update is available when it's not.
Affected users are seeing the following message: "A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 12 beta." The problem is users receiving this message are running the most recent version of iOS and there is no additional software to update to.

Beta testers have been seeing this popup since the latest beta was released on August 27, but over the course of the last day, the popups have become much more frequent.
Many users are now seeing the popup every time an iPhone or iPad running the beta is unlocked, and it is a popup that must be manually dismissed each and every time before an iOS device can be accessed.
Developer Guilherme Rambo has suggested that an error in the latest update causes the iOS beta to think that its expiration date is imminent, leading to the popup problem.
Complaints on Twitter and the MacRumors forums are picking up from users who are frustrated with having to continually dismiss the popup, and it's not clear when a fix will be available.

If it is just due to the expiration date of the beta, they could easy have it fixed tomorrow with a small update.Probably no fix till Tuesday at the earliest due to Labor Day.

Apple isn't open on Fridays?
My tech company employees 1k people and we have people working every hour of every day to make sure our websites are up and bugs are fixed. I'm fairly certain Apple doesn't lock the doors on weekends and holidays.

“Pretty annoying”
There’s a fix for that. I think it’s called “don’t run betas”. Beta software is expected to be annoying. Yeah it’s a regression of sorts, again, that’s what happens in beta.
