[doublepost=1535696404][/doublepost]It’s a BETA. That’s what can happen in BETAS. The bugs are worked out etc.How could this rookie mistake slip through QA so easily?
No crap we know it’s a beta, stop with these posts.[doublepost=1535696404][/doublepost]It’s a BETA. That’s what can happen in BETAS. The bugs are worked out etc.
Carrot Weather. What weather widget or app is that? Looks really nice.
File a bug report...Since this latest update I’m not only dealing with that pop up from hell update notification, but also while using the maps app my iPhone X will go dark and lock up. I’m having to drive, focus a good enough stare at the phone to unlock it or manually enter in my 6 digit passcode, extremely dangerous mind you, and close out that update pop up. I use maps or some other GPS app everyday for work and none of them are functioning properly. That or they’re working fine and it’s my phone shifting to standby that’s causing them to not function properly. This is a major safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately!!!
It IS a plague! EVERY time I unlock my phone, answer a call or text, etc, I have to dismiss the box. Every time!!!!It’s been somewhat annoying me every few minutes now, but it is a beta build. Maybe one coming out soon?
I think “plagued” is too much of a strong word, though.
Send a bug report!!!!!I was just about to send a bug report to feedback. I noticed this right after the last two updates. Both popped up a message even after it was updated. But now it’s happening all the time.

If you use it for work and your and other’s safety on the road depends on it *do not install beta software*
Fixed.Complaints on Twitter and the MacRumors forums are picking up from users whoare frustrated with having to continually dismiss the popupdon't understand what running beta software means
If you don't want to suffer a plague then do not use a beta!Plague is the correct word to use because it’s every single time.
This is still Bets Software. Not very sensible to use it on a device critical for your Work. And if you are not able to concentrate on driving, you should pull over to fix the problem, otherwise YOU are the safety issue for other Drivers.Since this latest update I’m not only dealing with that pop up from hell update notification, but also while using the maps app my iPhone X will go dark and lock up. iPhone and iPad users who have installed the current iOS 12 beta are being plagued with a continual popup that suggests a new iOS update is available when it's not.
Affected users are seeing the following message: "A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 12 beta." The problem is users receiving this message are running the most recent version of iOS and there is no additional software to update to.

Beta testers have been seeing this popup since the latest beta was released on August 27, but over the course of the last day, the popups have become much more frequent.
Many users are now seeing the popup every time an iPhone or iPad running the beta is unlocked, and it is a popup that must be manually dismissed each and every time before an iOS device can be accessed.
Developer Guilherme Rambo has suggested that an error in the latest update causes the iOS beta to think that its expiration date is imminent, leading to the popup problem.
Complaints on Twitter and the MacRumors forums are picking up from users who are frustrated with having to continually dismiss the popup, and it's not clear when a fix will be available.
