I hope for an update today. iOS 13.1.3 is working better but still has the old bugs from iOS 12. I’ve got a call yesterday but couldn’t swipe to accept the call. And apps are still freezing. :/

Not so sure about that - 11 at best was a pig. 12 cleaned up a multitude of sins there.

11 was awful and I thought it couldn’t get worse than that until 13 came along.

It would be 13.2.1 the HomePod does not use the same betas so it makes no sense to jump one
