no idea if anything is happening today either.

if we get 13.3.1 public release then we should be getting macOS, watchOS, tvOS, homepodOS? all in just one beta.

I suspect iOS 13.3.1 will drop today. (Public release) as Xcode 11.3.1 was dropped yesterday. We may see iOS 13.4 beta 1 tomorrow.😀

Is it possible to downgrade without wiping the entire device? I haven’t done it since iOS 10.

Yes. Very easy. Just download the current ipsw and either shift+update or option+update and choose the release ipsw. Bingo bango.
