I was going for “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
It’s driving me nuts. Tried reinstall as well hoping for a miracle but it’s still there. Should’ve stayed on the last beta but my OCD got the best of me.
Anyway to fix it besides force closing the app?
Verizon on 14 Pro - I'm having pretty consistent dropped calls and cell signal completely dropping out for a few minutes. I often have to restart the phone to send an SMS text message or access any data.
Totally agree. I was looking for ages at the wallpaper and trying to figure a few things out 😆😂
Speaking of FOMO, did you get your 14 yet ?? And if so what model did you pick up ?? This beta is doing well on my 14 PM

Arrives 25th Oct - 1st Nov. Timed it well I hope with 16.1 is out so is a silky smooth transfer and I won’t need to do any downgrading upgrading.
14 pro. And I bottle the purple. I know what I’m like with colours, love them one minute, then get bored of them, so played it safe with the deep black.
Going from a 12 i will see a nice jump in performance, battery life, screen res and pro motion, amongst the stainless steel etc. I always do the whole number jumps, for some reason you always seem to get more bang for your buck.
Can’t wait to join the pill “border” WTF hell though…. Slightly soured the excitement a tad. Apple see sense, please. There’s a coffee in it Tim for ya 😉😆😂
Nice !! Im happy I pulled the trigger on the 14, The border is no biggie to me anyways it only appears when you have something in DI and have dark wallpaper if you have a lighter wallpaper you don’t see it. Also I ditched AOD already and battery life went through the roof after I did that..I think my phone is like at 71 percent still after a full day at work.
And as simple as that little thing is in the DI, it’s genius. Super useful information presentation
I sent an email requesting access to the beta, so hopefully I will get it soon.
Yeah I think they still need to fine tune AOD, no point in designing something to save battery and actually drain more.

Something that’s on is always going to consume more battery than something that‘s off… so don’t expect wonders.
My 14PM is pretty much on par with the 13PM in terms of battery life by now. The first one or two weeks I was a bit disappointed but it seems to have settled in.
yeah I here ya. Just I think their goal, hope their goal, is the amount of times we tap our screens for the time, full brightness screen, this should be better for your for bats consumption over time. You would like to think so anyway.
Sure, might be something to be considered.
For people like me, who wear an Apple Watch, that factor probably is negligible though. I have to say that I really enjoy the fact that I can either glance at the watch or the phone for some information.
And I overslept this morning because my automation to play the radio at 7:20 simply didn't occur. It worked yesterday. And it works when I use "Test This Automation." So it's just the "automation" part that doesn't work in Automatons. Swell.
