What happens if there are no widgets on the Lock Screen? On my iPad Pro on 16.1 notifications are exactly where they’ve always been. My phone is still on 15.6.1.That’s how iOS 16 works. If they came down from the top your widgets would be masked.

So is there a way at all to have notifications the old fashioned way? Right now I have no widgets selected, so maybe that way I can have notifications all the way to the top? That’s how iOS 16 works. If they came down from the top your widgets would be masked.
Doh!Yeah, I think the only way to "Fix" that would be to stay on iOS 15
I have both M1 and A chip iPads and all are on iOS 16.1 with latest beta.iPads on ios16.1 that’s why. I think from what I’ve seen on here.
There are settings to adjust how notifications are displayed on the Lock Screen, with “list” being the closest option to previous versions of iOS, however they will still come in from the bottom. No way to have them come in from the top anymore…So is there a way at all to have notifications the old fashioned way? Open the Youtube App -> Play a Video -> Open an other App from the Dock -> the Youtube Video will play in PiP.
Now you can return to the Homescreen and the Video is still playing in PiP
I can't seem to get them to group by app. I have it set to "list," and group by app, but it is still several steps: tap the notification, then it expands into separate notifications for however many messages I have from that app, then it taps through to the app itself. Yuck. There are settings to adjust how notifications are displayed on the Lock Screen, with “list” being the closest option to previous versions of iOS, however they will still come in from the bottom. I've never even had the keyboard haptics. But I did notice the haptics when I toggle the setting were much weaker this time.I’ve had keyboard haptics turned on throughout the whole beta experience, but they’re very weak on Beta 7. Boo.
Noticed that too. And why is it just my wife and some pets? Is there a way to use more?Dynamic wallpapers only seem to rotate through the same few photos? Kind of boring tbh I have over 30k photos! Mix it up
I think it might be the (new?) setting under Photos / show highlighted material (uncheck). Not sure though, haven’t tried.Noticed that too. And why is it just my wife and some pets? Is there a way to use more?
Ram management better on ios16?
I don't think you need to post it on every page. If no one answers, that's because no one knowsRam management better on ios 16?
@compwiz1202Are you going to the right place? Keyboard haptics have worked for me since the first beta. General > Sounds & Haptics > Keyboard Feedback
Yeah…I don’t know what’s happening to me then. Maybe a bug? Here’s a screenshot *OF* a screenshot, and this is still 3.8mb, and a cropped screenshot at that.

I think it has something to do with the new cutout feature. Any screenshot that has an image is trying to preserve as much detail as possible or trying to save the original image source as part of the screenshot.
Try taking a screenshot of something with just text. It should be around 1MB range as expected.
Better off to install rc next week....
