In UK and I’m still on the waiting list for Siri this morning. I installed about 11pm last night. Hope it’s not stalled but will give till afternoon then might try rebooting my phone. It’s also currently indexing. Anyone else make it past the waiting list overnight?
UK here as well, installed it on my 17 PM about midnight and it’s still showing as indexing, plus I’m still in the Siri waiting list as well.

No Siri Waitlist for me on my 17 Pro today. Straight away full access.

Most likely because I joined the waitlist on my 16+ yesterday using my main Apple ID and access was granted over night.

The biggest issues I ran into from a new setup are autofill not showing until I start typing the credentials manually and the popups asking if i want an app to notify me not showing up. The later which was easily fixed on a reboot.

But the new siri is such a night and day difference that I will deal with any bugs knowing we get new betas every 2-3 weeks

Anyone figure out how to have website notify you if changes are made to it?

Anyone else noticed that spatial sound isn’t working with Apple Music, or is it just me? 16pro (AirPods pro 2)

Yes, woke up in NYC this morning and my phone running the new Siri. No notification

New selector in weather to go between temperature rain and wind. I really like this!
Also a new "Averages" section for temperature and precipitation.

(I'm sure it's new, never seen it before)

Edit: been informed it's not new. My bad!

No, you don't. The old style editor is still there, you just have to tap the three bars button in the top right, that button toggles between the text to edit and the visual scripting.

Shows up in normal shortcuts and automations.

This doesn't reveal the triggers for automations though, it only expands the functions to be performed.

Just neatened the UK section of carriers up and grouped the MVNOs to the main network to save loads of empty spacing.

So I am having an annoying bug with YouTube spatial sound. It looks like it actually supports it now, or it's bugged because the sound qualify is awful and muddled. So there may be something with spatial sound right now.

Siri in the European Union has receded in development to the previous version even before the beta .. it has a round circle at the bottom not like before on the whole screen

It does. At the top of the shortcut is the automation trigger or triggers.

Now, when you want to add a new action, click in the search bar and you'll get a button at the top labelled "Automation". You can add triggers there. This will turn the shortcut into an automation (or create further automations) as you add them.

It took me a while to work out what was going on, as I suddenly had a load of shortcuts appear with weird names like "Time of day 1" "Focus 3" etc. Turns out that the upgrade has changed all automations into shortcuts with automaton-triggers at the top.

So I renamed them all and put them in a folder called Automations. Of course, Apple already has a sidebar entry for automations, but as they show now as both an automation and a shortcut, I needed to tidy them up. Although confusing, one big advantage is that these automation/shortcut hybrids now sync via iCloud. And they get backed up by my backup-shortcuts shortcut (which is similar to https://www.macscripter.net/t/backup-and-restore-shortcuts/77137).

I see what happened to mine. Seems the time offsets for "time of day" were removed. I had one for scheduled half after sunrise and another for 45 before sunset, but that trigger just doesn't exist anymore. Pity.
