Can anyone else on a 15Pro confirm? Now im scared to restart my phone. Is this an isolated incident or common with anyone else?

15 Pro Max on iOS 27 here, I did reboot it a couple of times with no issues. However as it is a spare phone I did a clean install with the ipsw when going from 26 to 27.

Just curious, is there still the old Siri if you haven’t requested the new one or are still waiting for approval? The older iPhones, I assume, still have the old Siri so they’d have to keep the code.

Yes the iOS 26 version of Siri is still functioning while you’re waiting for the new Siri.

My favorite part of using Google search now is the AI answers having sources. That’s incredibly useful and drives confidence way up.

You actually have to check the sources though, as sometimes the AI overview makes claims that aren’t supported by the linked sources.

It’s been almost 60 hours and still indexing. Every night connected to the charger.
System data is using 50GB

Weird. I even changed the region and language, but Apple Intelligence has disappeared for me. I'll investigate further.

Can someone confirm that you should be able to get Siri AI working on a phone in the EU if you set the region to USA and the language to English? This workaround worked on the iOS 26.0 betas (if I remember correctly)

My phone has been indexing for roughly 24 hrs now, 16 hrs of it plugged in (while asleep, and while at work). I wonder if it will finish anytime soon lol

Its ok. The data i need is all on the iCloud.

I might end up setting it as new device if needed.

Remember this is the first developer beta. Things like this will probably be tweaked a lot over the coming months.

AI 16.37gb
iOS 16.22
Total: 32.59gb

System Data 22.26gb

EU Banks to not typically let you add their card to Wallet if your phone is set to USA.

I haven’t had any problems over the years adding to wallet cards from some German banks and Spain banks and my phone is always set to USA region.

I don’t believe I’ve seen this mentioned here. Running Siri AI on 17P and the APP2 beta, twice now when dictating a message to the Messages app Siri has asked me for clarification on what I said. It’s possible that the first time it happened I was not running the APP2 beta. Not sure. But as someone who dictates a lot of messages this is huge.
