I was hoping for today, but tomorrow has felt more likely given the multiple holidays in the beta 2 cycle.

We are coming off a holiday weekend in the USA, it is possible things could be later, at 4 PM Eastern or not today. Give it a little time, we have seen delays before that didn't have it right in the 1 to 1:10 PM Eastern window.
