doesn’t mean much. It’s been worse for me than beta 3, especially on the Mac.
i personally just need them to fix app icons disappearing from search after updating them and then i think i’m solid til 27.1+

Understood, but what I am trying to say is they are not taking Q or T level builds to push things out. We know they are going to tweak as they go and some builds might be a step back. I am just having hope that the major refinements are getting done now and we'll have a smoother build at the end of August that has been extremely refined.

Yes, there has been 3-week release cycles, but there’s still the rest of the days this week to release. Apple also sometimes releases at 1pm Pacific / 4pm Eastern.
What’s been more unusual is that, before this week, Apple had released every 27 beta at exactly every 2 weeks. The schedule is usually a lot more unpredictable.
