The GM is always released at the iPhone keynote, and if the device is to be unveiled on the 12th for a 21st release then the GM must already be getting prepped for installation into finished retail units.

Remember, the dev site didn't go down when they released beta 4. So don't judge whether or not we will get a new beta today by the dev site.

They don't work to a precise time. A day yes they have been consistent but times not really.
