Just realized they dropped panoramic backgrounds from the final ios 7 build
bummer, that was one of the coolest features

Or, you know, it's mainly subjective and everyone has their own valid opinion. (Although there are a number of plain usability things that are more objective, despite what people might use to try to "explain them away".)I think iOS 7 is beautiful. All the negative comments before it was released were clearly bullcrap and anyone still complaining iOS 7 is lying or has no taste.
I have an iPhone 4 and my lock screen wallpaper is the same as it was before the update.
If Apple can implement the automatic night time mode based on ambient lighting and local time for Maps...
Why can't it allow this for everything else? Who really wants to stare into a bright white screen at night?
What are our eyes going to be like after 40 years of this...![]()
Is there any way to get list view when you select videos ?
iTunes video that I bought shows up as an icon that's easily recognizable.
Unfortunately, ripped video that I imported into iTunes shows up as an unrecognizable icon and I have to click through the different videos till I find the one I want.
This makes all video, with the exception of video you buy in the iTunes store, pretty much unusable without a list view.
Actually no, folders allow you to put an unlimited number of items in them. Infinity is better than 12.
Camera: The Camera app:... focusing photos can also be done by pressing the volume up button rather than tapping on the screen.
??
I swipe right to left I get nothing.
I swipe left to right I get the delete option.
Same as it always was...
That's all well and good. Before I used to see 12 and if you had, say, 10 apps you could see them all. Now you get 9, have to scroll, all with tons of white space. It's that inconsistency that makes this upgrade nasty from a usability standpoint.
Uh, in Mail you have historically been able to swipe either direction to get delete. In other apps, right to left has been the standard. I do not have 7 to compare.

Block Phone Numbers: Specific contacts and phone numbers can be blocked within iOS 7. Go to Settings > Phone > Blocked to add contacts that will be prevented from calling (sending the calls to voicemail), FaceTiming, and sending messages.
Deleting Bookmarks in Safari: Swipe left on bookmarked pages to quickly delete them. This also works in Reading List.
