iOS 8 Beta 4 Bug Fixes and Changes

Can anyone confirm if they are getting the multitasking triggered by single home button click bug (from beta 2 and 3 and now 4 for me) Other than that I'm seeing massive improvements in performance

ALSO can anyone else replicate the constant crashes on iOS 8 beta 4 and 9to5mac? It always crashes for me on iPhone 5 and beta 3 and 4 now
 
can anyone tell me if the RBS UK mobile banking app, now allows you to choose a period in the keyboard and the number keyboard is not all messed up

Yup 9to5 doesn't load right now.
 
No calls are coming through on mine; goes straight to voicemail.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
 
Right now certain websites are broken for me -- robertsspaceindustries.com refuses to load due to too many redirects. Didn't happen on last beta, and currently works on 7.1.2.
 
iCloud Photostream folder isn't there in my photos app.

I disabled iCloud Photo Library and left Photostream and shared photostreams enabled, photos app shows all of the folders but Photostream.

I am getting this also for 9to5mac. In safari settings, if you turn off javascript the page will load.

Same with me. Photo Stream still seems to be working though, just tested with my Mac.
 
I assume there is still no camera roll?

Have they implemented anything in these beta's that will offer a solution for people who love the camera roll?

no, im guessing its gone forever. a perfectly functioning thing that got "fixed", this icloud photos is ****ing STUPID and hard to navigate, really idc if photos are in the cloud now or not, but just give us the camera roll based UI/navigation back like..sigh..
 
Seem to have found a bug in the Touch ID settings:
When renaming a fingerprint and backing out, it appears the name change did not take as old name is shown - but if you back out of the menu once and go back in it does in fact save the name

I just updated to Beta 4, and all my iMessages show with my friends phone number and not their name...

Is there a setting I need to switch on, so I see their name and not their number? Or is it a pesky side effect of them being on iOS7 and I on iOS8??

This same thing happened to me, you need to go into setting and FaceTime on your iPhone and check that "use this iPhone to make calls" is tuned on. Also make sure on your mac/ipad under facetime preferences that "use iPhone to make calls" is also on.

Is it just me or does the "Slide to unlock" in beta 4 seem less shiny?

I dunno, I personally love the look. But I'm sure many others will hate it like any of the changes Apple makes. Duh!

That happened to me as well. I also had the problem with phone call coming in as the phone numbers and not the contact names. However after about 10 minutes I was getting the names. Perhaps iCloud just needed to update my phone.

I have always loved everything about ios 7. This new control center just doesn't look right or feel right
 
Hey Siri voice activation no longer works for me (yes I'm plugged into power)


Gotta say I don't think I like the new control centre. It just looks like its glitched and isnt displaying properly.
 
I apologize if this has already been asked, but how do I put the "delete" option back into mail when I swipe right to left? That change is driving me crazy.

Nice to have the headphone glitch fixed though.
