Are the orders at 1am going to allow pay and reserve for pick up in store, or is it plain and simply buy online for delivery only?

No real point in buying online then if I am off to get it from store I'm guessing? Especially if you have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Doesn't look like pay and reserve will be available.

US, Australian and New Zealand are all order online. US ships in 3-4 weeks. AU an NZ ships in 2-3 weeks. Deliveries are 2-5 business days after the ship date.

I hope it's not really that long, even if it says so on the website The smart cover I ordered says it's prepared for dispatch, is that likely to be accurate?

Yeah it is. Maybe becasue they've now been 'taken off sale' and showing unavailable. the status might change come 1am.

Im sure the US initial shipping times were 2-3 business days, but that soon started getting longer and longer.

I'm not dedicated enough to queue, I'm happy ordering online and waiting for it to turn up.
