Well, I was hoping to avoid the queues at CG and RS, but no luck. I just visited the Westfield store and staff there confirmed that supplies are going to be really limited, with most of the stock going to the bigger stores. They said that if I really wanted to get the model of my choice, that's where I should head, and early. And so, I'll see the rest of you there.

Hi there, first time poster after F5'ing this site every hour for the last week! So excited for tonight / tomorrow!

On a side note, just received a text from apple saying my blue smart has been shipped and to receive delivery before 25th march!?!?

I take it back.. my red leather has shipped too! no email or another notification though, had to check the status on the apple site! ordered 2.18pm today!

hopefully thats a good omen for that iPad!

Yeah ordered it at 3.30 this afternoon when they were online for a short time. No tracking information on the website yet though, just shipped.

Estimated delivery is still showing 18th April on the website, but the text reckons it will be with me tomorrow

What I find interesting is I was planning to go to Bluewater tomorrow for an iPad, realised this would be a massive mistake and instead was content on just ordering online. To be honest though, there hasn't been much talk about any Kentish activity on here. My local currys was listed on the iPad delivery list a few pages back, so will hopefully pop down there tomorrow afternoon (unless the 1am online orders already ship by the morning). Anyone else in the area at all?
