It was my Birthday today and I actually had a great day! Queued at Bristol Cribbs, some great ppl in the queue and the apple guys were fantastic, really great service. They all sang happy birthday to me when I walked in haha! Loving my iPad 2, soooooo much. V happy right now! Good luck to people still trying to get theirs! 
They are. Asked at a Comet and a Currys.
Thing is though only WI-FI's....
They said no 3G'S before 6-9 April and frankly, i dont believe them.
Btw as you may have noticed im looking for a 3G as well !! Anyone knows where they might have some stock left give us a shout!

Well my order says Monday. it also says if you are not home your order gets cancelled. so I don't think they can deliver today or people would complain if they were out!

In Glasgow, I was in the Orange Shop, Braehead from 12-5. I got a 64GB WiFi 3G, White. The girl said there were 2 more 64GB, 2 x 16GB and 3 x 32GB left after me (I have no idea about colours, other than they definitely had at last 1 black 64GB left after me (cos I was offered black or white), and i assume they'll all be 3G ones, since it's the Orange Shop).
One woman came in about 4 and asked, when told they weren't on sale till 5 she left. I left the shop at 5:40 and she hadn't came back. As I was leaving one guy came in to buy one, no idea which size he wanted.
They will definitey sell you one full price OR subsidised/contract. The subsidised ones are the same price as last year's subsidised models, even though the full price ones are cheaper.
They had pink, grey and blue polyurethane smart covers (no idea how many, I bought the blue) and black leather one.
I would imagine they'll have some iPad 2's left today, they said they didn't get too many phone calls, they certainly weren't busy in terms of iPad 2 queries in the 5 hours I was there.
Only caveat is they were open to 9PM last night, so they may have had a rush of people who finished work at 5/6.

If it's any use mate Argos in ny area have plenty of stock of all cover colours for in store reserve and pick up today

Got mine - strolled along to Western Computer in Bristol at 16:45 after reserving the day before. Was home again by 18:00

I'm sitting here, waiting for a phone call from john lewis, saying my payment didnt go through. Apparently my card was unblocked (after the muppets blocked my order from john lewis, and apple...) and should be working properly, but john lewis tried taking payment after it was supposidly unblocked, and it failed.
They are going to try 1 last time sometime today, and if it fails again, no iPad 2 for me.
(they said they'd ring if it failed again, but apparently I couldnt edit the payment to use another card for example, so I'm not sure what good ringing me will do lol)I have a really bad feeling that it wasnt unblocked properly.
For me though, it was Capital One and not Barclays.
I'v had enough of Capital One, I was thinking to changing to Barclaycard, but now I'm not soo sure...

thank god i went early, then my mother came around 1pm, as the queues where getting big up to 300 odd people even more,
Got in, got my iPad , it got set up,
got everything I wanted,

Nothing yet - ordered at 7pm last night. I phoned to check credit card ok as it got blocked (lalalala) in the oops/error saga on apple site. All ok - delivery in 3-5 working days and they confirmed definitely in stock (black 64gb wifi/3G)

I wish Apple would launch stuff at the weekends though; as a teacher, it;s just not possible to take a day off to get stuff.
