My friend at Apple who works in Corp Dev says it will release when it releases. Will update you guys with further updates when I receive more news
Is it a life threatening situation? Few days apart won't hurt anyone...especially if people doing witch hunting on the op.
IPads are exactly like hobnob biscuits. You can't just have one, you must inject yourself with the whole packet. Sorry not hobnobs, heroin. Actually, same thing. But actually that comparison doesn't apply as iPads don't come in a form that's injectable and heroin doesn't get updated once a year. Carry on.

Lets end all these threads by simply saying "It's been confirmed by APPLE that it will be released in November". That leaves us 26 more days. Other than that, this is all a guessing game that is making us nuts!

Yeah its kinda ridiculous this game there playing. How hard is it to just say, especially in the month of it launching...Pre orders on this date and time...retail on this date.
If the rumors are true, and it is launching next Wednesday, LET US KNOW! And have details ready. Is pre orders launching then, or before? If so when before? Is this the retail launch of the product... I mean you have plenty of people wanting to hand apple money for this device..we're just waiting on how and when... WHY KEEP US WAITING?
Because i hate to break it to apple, every day that goes by that someone looking for a device like the pro for what ever reason and there is no set date yet...the surface line looks more and more tempting simply because its available and has been for 2 weeks now and was announced AFTER the iPad pro was!

I agree, I wish they would just officially announce it, though I am pretty sure that we can assume the 11th, 9to5mac said multiple sources. And the longer it goes on, looks less and less like any preorders.

Why would they not do pre orders? i fail to see any logic of that what so ever.
All i know is I'm a person of limited means, and I've been saving up every single spare penny i can for this thing since the summer, based on rumors and speculation alone! I just want one asap!
And why not put devices on display beforehand so the public could try it out? That is not as good as trying within the confines of where you are going to use it obviously. BUT at least it may avoid some returns from folks that would buy it on day one because they are concerned about limited availability and then not getting one till down the road.
What I can confirm though (guaranteed) is Best Buy is now honoring the holiday return period on purchases. So whenever this Pro does come out, if bought there you have until January 15th to rock it around the clock and put it through its paces. So happy holidays early!!

Misery loves company! What is the difference anyway, I don't see myself buying something else (Surface, etc.) beforehand instead of waiting for this.
