The only difference I have is that I’m considering returning my phone to Best Buy at launch if Sam’s Club calls me on the waitlist, just so i can get a $200 gift card from purchasing and activating there instead.

I’ll definitely be paying more attention next year. Especially since the third parties offering the 24/12 is a “limited time” offer.

Yeah, I feel like this year we are getting some updates pretty early. Last year it wasn't until the evening before launch day that I saw any movement and of course it was delivered on time and all.

I ordered 2 pro models. They both say, “In progress”, but when I click for more detail one says, “In progress” and one says, “We’re working on your order”. Both still have the 9/20 delivery date though. Thoughts?

Same here for my SG Pro Max, but my 11 is preparing for ship. Still have hopes, maybe the system will batch update soon. If it still has the 9/20 delivery date I think you should be fine.

Mine says the same thing for the preparing for ship one too. I'm assuming its default text until it ships.

As others have said don’t worry, att ships from inside the USA and they don’t have to ship early like Apple does spice the ship right from China

Just received another email from AT&T. My new Customer Service Summary with the new changes on my account - the new iPhone 11 Pro Max).

So... I think I'm good... just the tracking number during this week :)

First order: In Progress
Second order: Preparing to Ship

At least AT&T is consistent with its inconsistency haha!! :D
 
I cancelled my ATT order because I rather go with Best Buy and not have to pay the stupid $5 extra monthly charge which is total bs if you ask me.
 
I received in email that was supposed to show me my new customer service summary and it showed the upgrade, but still had my current phone on it under the installment plan.

Both of mine now say “Preparing To Ship.” Ordered and iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Max just 3 minutes after it went live. I’m working from home Friday the 20th so I’ll be waiting eagerly for the delivery.

Does everyone that ordered on AT&T have a “preparing to ship” status? I’m still at “processing”. I got several emails and it still shows a delivery date of 9/20 so I’m not too worried. Just making sure I’m not the only one.
