For all you with a phone stuck preparing to ship. Dont waste your time buying into what the CHAT reps are telling you. They are obviously mostly spreading false info. My second device did not show as 6 reps said it would today. I dont care that it did not show today just need to know when due to lines porting over from another carrier. I called back just to get and estimated date. They tell me again it will arrive today. I said how Fedex just left. They say its coming Fedex and will be there in a hour. I ask for the tracking number and I get please stand by. 5 minutes go by and they dump the CHAT to a manager. Manager proceeds to tell me its now coming tomorrow. I ask for tracking. Said he dont have one but https://www.att.com/checkmyorder will show the delivery date of tomorrow. I checked even though I knew it did not. It does not say what he is telling me. He proceeds to tell me he dont know why its not showing me the ship and receive date but he assures me its tomorrow. I asked for proof or tracking and he ended the chat on me. So dont even waste your time with CHAT. Call them and talk to someone live. The CHAT people are completely making up wrong and inaccurate updates.
Just got a shipping notice on my third and final Iphone 256 pro max. It says in IN will arrive on Monday.

Has anyone received an iPhone 11 pro max in silver yet? Mine is still stuck on preparing to ship since Tuesday.
So I called ATT back and dude said the MG 512 Pro was back ordered and they wouldn’t get anymore In for 5-7 days. I explained I was leaving on vacation so he said he could cancel the phone for me. I told him I was told this morning it would arrive tomorrow and folks that ordered the same model received them today. He apologized....still says preparing for shipping and no date. I told him I would wait until Monday to cancel hoping he’s wrong. I may just cancel and go to Best Buy tomorrow and try my luck. I’m still thinking....
Ok so my phone doesn’t show has shipped even tho I had a delivery date of today like many here. I have some news, I just chatted with AT&T and they told me that in their system it shows that it shipped yesterday and that it will be delivered today I asked who was delivering it and the guy said it was USPS, when I asked for a tracking number he said that the system wasn’t displaying one. I’d take it all with a grain of salt but here’s hoping.
So I am on a Mobile Share Value plan with three phones. Upgraded one today and used the Next 30 month plan for the first time. I know my bill will go up the approx. $25/month for the installment, but what about the access line fee? Will that remain at the $15 it has been at, or will it increase?
Many years ago I remember it was $40 if on contract and if paid off then you got a $25 discount. Store rep said no increase while over the phone CS said it would.

So just spoke to a 3rd agent that said it has been shipped but she doesn’t show which carrier and doesn’t have a tracking number. She shows a ship date of 9/19 so here’s hoping I have it by Monday.
My friend ordered a 256 Space Grey 11 pro max on Tuesday......and he got it today. I ordered the 256 Pro Max MG and it's still "preparing to ship" both with AT&T
I know it’s not arriving today - UPS came already and USPS. Fedex Ground always arrives by 3. Maybe Fedex home could still come but I’m thinking USPS or Fedex Home tomorrow. That’s fine - I just need the phone by Tuesday so I can return my old one. If I had not purchased 100 bucks in cases I would have cancelled it with the dude that told me it was back ordered. I asked the last lady how I could get such different info and she said she didn’t know when she looked at the screen for my order she saw shipped 9/19 but no tracking info and the date still said 9/20. Apparently ATT doesn’t have a great communication system....ironic really
So yeah I called again and he said it’s on the way to the carrier. He said if I didn’t have a tracking number by midnight it’s probably backordered. We shall see....4 different answers....4 different folks all via phone calls to ATT
Called local to see if they had my phone in stock and they did. Customer care said they had no idea on when I would get my phone and it still showed preparing to ship. Customer care said I could try to get one at the store and cancel my online phone. Went to store as they had my phone in stock but they could not cancel the backordered one online. During my drive over my phone I guess apparently shipped and will be delivered tomorrow. Once shipped you cant cancel I guess. Least I will get my phone tomorrow.
I spoke to an Att rep also and she promised me it would be delivered today...I don’t see how when tracking only says it has arrived at FedEx facility at 11 something this am and here it is 5:15 pm
Did anyone who is still in preparing to ship status get their phone today. Not the ones that got a shipped status with tracking info JUST the ones who STILL show preparing to ship.
I found out my local att store has a pro max 256 in space gray. Should I go for it or hold out for the midnight green....
