I have never ordered a preorder through AT&T's website. I got a confirmation email for the order and this was the page presented to me after placing it. Everything should be good, right?

Got the Silver 256GB Pro Max with 9/20 delivery. I tried on my Mac, iPad and iPhone and my phone was the only one that worked
 
Order went through at 8am got the iPhone 11 pro max 256 midnight green Question how do i check the order status? I went into the my AT&T app and I can’t find it anywhere
 
Past experience with AT&T pre-orders tells me that the date listed on the order status page is actually the date the device will be shipped, not delivered. They almost always ship via FedEx Overnight for iPhone pre-orders. I wouldn't hold your breath for a September 19 delivery.

Anyways, got my pre-order in via AT&T's website just before 5:00am. Pro Max 256GB Space Gray. :)

Give it a few hours and try again. I remember 2 years ago I wasn't able to see my order for the X for awhile. If you got a thank you for your order email you're fine.
 
So I ordered my AT&T iPhone on the Apple app and I was able to get the old Next payment plan that was based on 24 months! I’ll also be able to upgrade at 12 months without that insane $5/month “privilege” fee! Seems like a strange oversight that one payment plan is available one Apple’s site and a different one on AT&T’s when they are both financed by AT&T. Anyways, if that’s anyone’s preferred option, it’s still available.

I decided to buy unlocked as the same model was still available for pickup on Sept 20 after my shipment window slipped to Sept 27-Oct 1 for the AT&T order.
 
I’m trying to do the BOGO offer but it defaults to 64 GB on the second phone and there doesn’t seem to be a way to change that.

Did you order from Apple.com or from AT&T? This thread is intended for people who ordered directly from AT&T's website or app.

My AT&T business account was switched from Premier to the standard myAT&T system a few weeks ago. We only have 3 lines so I guess they are taking smaller business accounts off of Premier. I actually miss Premier... the standard myAT&T account management page does not have nearly as many options to manage lines and features.
 
I don't remember asking me if I wanted Apple Care to be included. Was it an option I overlooked?
 
I hesitated for a minute because the Next installment price was much less than I thought but I guess that's because it's over 30 months now and not 24 like my X was.

I have every intention of keeping this phone for 2 years but if I change my mind tomorrow can I call and add Next Up?

I believe you have 14 days.

Pre ordered this morning. My confirmation email didn’t come through, but the order is correct under my order status. I used my laptop and it was an easy process—the app has been wonky for me all morning.
 
Safari chocked for me and froze on the payment screen. Flipped over to firefox and flew through the order process.

THANK YOU for posting this!! I was so fixated on trying to get through the payment screen that I completely forgot to try another browser. Switched to Chrome and all is well!! Both Pro Max 256GB in green arriving on 09/20!!
