Hopefully and cross everybody’s finger, the “Pro” name comes with 1 TB memory to solidify “Pro” name. That will be perfect As iPhone is a computer phone (micro iPad).

Ha! You mean kinda like the MacBook Pro's - That came with 128GB HD's? And still routinely start with 256GB. Or you mean the iPad Pro that had 64GB??

Nothing about Apple's "Pro" means huge storage. Never has and never will.

That's just BS. People can run MS office apps on Dex. This alone makes it better for productivity than iPad. iPad works better in some corner cases (sketching) which very few people are interested in.

Really? Full MS Office or the mobile Android version of Office?

Yes, Microsoft is not stupid, so if a phone ever gets better features they’ll start charging for their products, same as they do already for Office on iPad Pro.
Your line of thoughts makes little sense: a company will always prefer to give more features and charge for them over giving less features for free

Most of Office is bloated, the basic functionality is what most use and as long as that is free I am all in. I like pages, however the save and conversion for docx is to be desired. /s :p

Right you picked on a one trick pony feature and called this subjective?;) For photos that look fake? Very biased post.:p

I presume beautify effects on the front camera is also another one off. :p

Dex provides desktop experience (multiple resizable windows, mouse support etc.) for those who need/want it without having to use a desktop computer. That's way better than iPad "Pro" can give you (let alone iPhone "Pro")
With very few apps that are actually optimized to work in that environment.
Remember that Dex is the oddball. There's a full Photoshop version around the corner for the iPad Pro. I don't see a Dex one.
It's all touch apps with a rudimentary mouse support, I don't see the point.

Here’s hoping pro means usb-c ;)

This! AFAIK Apple stated that they deem USB-C to be a “Pro” feature. This makes me hopeful that in case the iPhone 11 Pro is a thing it will have USB-C. At least if Apple is consistent...

This has always been too much like logic with iPhone.

But 9 was nonexistent due to 7. :p

Only Apple would consider USB-C a Pro feature. That would mean any budget laptop, tablet and phone on the market with USB-C is Pro as per Apple’s logic. :p

If this really is true, then I'm just surprised it took Apple this long to resort to calling it a "Pro"

I really don’t want to go back to the days when you had to buy a huge phone to get the best camera... XS and XS Max is how it should be

Exactly! I don't understand the thinking on this.

They need to do some Kickstarter type orders to see what people want:
'When we get 10,000,000 prepaid orders for iPhone SE3 with the triple camera, we'll start making them!'

I don't have a first hand experience but Youtube demos look like a normal MS office app. Here is an example for Excel.

So....you haven’t actually used Dex? Then why are you commenting on how useful it is?

BTW, that’s the mobile version of Excel for Android. There is no “full version” of Office for Android or iOS.
