After using Galaxy Notes for the last 7 years or so, I've learned to use large phones one-handed with no problem.
So for me, any of these would work, except for the SE's...the screen is just too small.
I've also come to a point where I will NEVER max out the capabilities of these devices.
I use them to (in this order of frequency): read/send texts, navigate via Waze, check email, the odd web browsing/Netflix when not at home, make calls, and last and least, take the increasingly rare photograph or video.
I need to be able to read easily, so bigger is better in that sense, but somewhere in the middle is the sweet spot when portability is taken into account.
Also, I disagree with those saying too much (size) choice is bad; I love Apple is catering to small AND large phone lovers and everyone in between. Some men are larger/smaller than others.
No need to leave money from certain customers on the table.
