You sit 47 inches away from a 60 inch TV?4K is still "retina" on a 60-inch TV at a 47 inch viewing distance. 8K seems pointless in all situations except for cropping. The higher resolution might be nice for photos I guess
Exactly. With a small, cheapo camera (sorry 4 of them or whatever it is now), you're literally just making massive files. And we all know where Apple slams everybody with excessive markup... MEMORY!Ugh. No. I don’t want these crazy large files taking up space. I hope they at least allow us to change the resolution in the settings.
Exactly the same was told upon the HD -> Full HD and the Full HD -> 4k transition.8K seems pointless in all situations except for cropping.
You'll still be able to shoot at Full HD / 4k if the new model indeed introes 8k.Ugh. No. I don’t want these crazy large files taking up space. I hope they at least allow us to change the resolution in the settings.
Video-wise, noone forces you to shoot at 8k. You can always decrease the video resolution in Settings. That's going to create ridiculously big files
How on earth will the iphone storage cope ???
Same here with our Pro and Max. Old news now. Can the 14 Pro’s just release already. Tired of waiting and need an upgrade.Just threw my iPhone 13 pro max in the garbage
For me it’s The lens. Architectural and urban settings. Usually tend to be between 0.5-1.0 so distortion is less perceivedIs the ultra wide lens/camera really that popular?
Just give me one lens with a 1" or APS-C sensor, even if it's only 8 or 12 megapixels. I don't need a telephoto lens or wide lens with low quality and poor low-light performance, and I don't like the look of a giant camera hump with 3+ lenses.
