iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max Shipping Estimates Extend Into November

You need to plan your travel plans around releases. lol
For the last couple of years you could not get a phone at the store UNLESS you had an online reservation.
Like years past, the shipping dates could change. A couple years ago mine was a few weeks out and then around launch day I got notice that my date changed and it was a day or two after launch.
I got my 1TB PM 15 natural at 8:02 eastern. I should've gotten blue, but it will be covered anyway. lol The app was still saying down, but tried Safari and got through and ordered with the presale in less than a minute. The only error I got was something about the phone number error. It went through though.
Right, something pretty wild to do nowadays. Personally, I try to hold on to my phones for 2-4 years.
I think supply will be so low that it won't meet the initial demand.
2 months later... yeah it'll be trivial to get one. There's a very small amount of people spending $3500 for something like that, especially here in the practical, Midwest.
NYC/LA/Chi... gonna see much higher demand than the Cincy or Omaha Apple Store.
Literally every pre-order year prior, I was able to effortlessly complete my order, in a few taps, within maybe 2 minutes of the opening bell. Today was unlike anything I have experienced before. 28 minutes before I could get my saved pre-order called up and completed. Oofda!

I ordered the 15 Pro Max. Delivery date October 9th-16th. Is there a chance I'll get it sooner

Shipping estimates have moved to November. Incredible. They must not have made as much as previous years for the initial shipments.
Yup! Ditto! I won’t be surprised if mid next week some will pop up for instore pick up on launch day! Happens every year!
That preorder/launch was garbage. I had mine all setup days in advance and even had my Apple CC charged $85 or so on Wednesday and then I couldn’t even get in to complete my orders. Then payment failed. I don’t remember ever having a problem before.
How can some disagree with me when it hasn't happened yet?! I assure you there is ALWAYS walk in stock available.
Our company assigned Verizon rep has screwed us AGAIN this year. Now I get to go explain to all the executives why they are not getting their shiny new toys on release day... again. Next year I might as well just tell them to allow me to order everything direct from Apple so we can bypass Verizon.
