I might return my DBrand Ghost for 17 Pro and quit while I'm ahead.
Took it off for the first time in 6 days, and the sides are fine. The mmWave pill on top incurred a very minor scratch, and while it's fine / not the end of the world, I wonder what this phone is gonna look like if I keep it encased for weeks on end or remove it repeatedly.
The antenna bands around the 'plateau' are unscathed as is the rest of the device.
I just picked up the tan looking silicone too and the felt inner lining makes me feel way better.

Plastic leather or not the Cactus case is a damn fine case. I've had it for the past couple of phones and it was one of my favorite cases. Might swing over to Best Buy and pick one up this weekend, looks to be out of stock on Amazon.
Any Caudabe Sheath or Paragon shipping action yet?

🤣 to be honest it gives a more luxurious feel than most other cases.
I’d throw an ESR case in the mix because I just got the Spigen one (in frosted clear) yesterday and the fit on my Pro is horrendous and the camera button cover blocks the function of the button more than it protects it. While the ESR Hybrid Magnetic Case fits perfectly with a nice camera button.
I heard that Caudabe has partnered with Suti for shipping their Sheaths and Paragons… 😂Any Caudabe Sheath or Paragon shipping action yet?

I stil want an Ander case for my iPhone Air, but not until they have revised the usb port cut out on them. Or if anyone can put me in the right direction for an alternative with no branding on the outside of the case i will get that instead. For now the cheapy leather Amazon special will do me for now.
Don’t get me wrong i have 3 andar cases, and will probably eventually order a Ryan London, but ive still been using the cactus over those, the grip is much better than the Andars and its solid affff with no give anywhere along the case.

Best case I’ve used for the Air. However don’t think this device is gonna make the cut. Been using the PM more as it’s just a better phone. Simple as that. I’ll wait for Apple to slap a hinge on 2 Airs next year and call it a Fold.

The grip is better because it’s overpriced plastic 😂 …gotta give genuine leather time to wear in the grip feeling. You know that. But hey, I’m not knocking you all if you enjoy the case. Personally I won’t buy plastic leather for that price.

Yep, I really wanted to like the Beats rugged, but they are just too slippery (along with the standard Beats case). Going back to Amazon!
As much as I wanted this case, I think it’s time to ask for a refund. I ordered on the 9th as soon as orders went live on their website. Today is day 16 and I have nothing. I am thoroughly disappointed in Süti and I will never order another case through them again. I ordered 2 skins from QSkinz last night.
I am ready to buy a Caudabe case for my iphone 17 pro. Which one is better Paragon or Sheath?
Compared against Golden Brown leather iPhone 13 mini. It really is like a patina'd saddle brown.
Also this Blue 17Pro is a wild chameleon of a color, lighting dependent it's a combination of: the 15 pro dark blue, black in lesser lighting, and a nod to the 14 pro purple - all of which I am a fan of and felt I missed out on that blue and that purple. This is the lightest it will ever be directly against the light.
I really like it but I switch it up sometimes color wise from usual black (had a blue XR, plenty of silver/white ones, etc.).. If I were worried about color matching as a consideration, I'd 100% get the silver and 100% avoid the orange. The silver goes with everything.
YMMV.

For those following on the Matter MagSafe case I ordered, here’s the latest tracking I have. Hopefully I receive a delivery date from USPS before the week is over.

Very clicky buttons, strong magsafe and a camera control button.
They also cheaped out and used a middle man service. I had a bad experience with OSM when I ordered off dbrand. I doubt it'll be as bad as Suti's tho bc they actually deliver
I was going to say its slipperiness is dependent upon how “sweaty” a person’s hands are, but “moisturized” is much more civilized… 😆
Was it the camera or battery life that ruined it for you, or something else?
I’m very happy here—the Air is my favorite phone in a long while…
Also waiting on confirmation about the cancellation from Caudabe. Ordered a Nomad modern leather in Olde Dublin instead. Just one of my all time favorites. The nicest buttons, easy to get on and off the phone for cleaning, good protection and super nice patina over time. Also looking forward to the special edition untreated finish on the Olde Dublin horween leather.
