So I placed one caudabe order, then decided I wanted to use a 15% off code so I created a new order. I sent in a request to cancel the first order.

Of course, it’s been many days now with no response. How long would you give them before just doing a chargeback? I know exactly what’s going to happen: they aren’t going to reply to my cancellation request until shortly after they’ve mailed the order out, conveniently, at which time my only option will be to wait for it to arrive and then pay return shipping to return it, so I’d like to order that.
Reach out the them on their subreddit r/Caudabe - they actively monitor it. Either reply to one of their threads on there and mention them by name and/or start a conversation. That's the only way I got my refund. I'd sent three emails, over nearly a week. Really poor.

I just received a Mous Limitless for my 17 Pro Max. Honestly Im disappointed. The bottom corner on the left side is very sharp. Along with the entire right side of the lip protecting the screen. Every time you swipe right it's sharp and uncomfortable. The left side is nice and smooth. I'll more than likely be returning or exchanging it.

So far so good. Budget king of the year right now. For the price, it’s perfection.

No not at all! It’s weird!
It’s imgur. It’s blocked in the UK now.

I believe Otterbox pulled the Cactus along with the Defender pro for some kind of problem. This is what the counter jockey at Best Buy told me when I was trying to find a cactus.

I'm about ready to break out the TechWoven myself.
I bet you’re well known in Best Buy for being a case addict.

If anyone is considering the Benks ArmorPro, I just received one yesterday, and it is going back. There are parts of the top and sides that do not fit tightly, so for example, my Cosmic Orange iPhone 17 Pro is showing random areas of orange around the lip of the case. It doesn't look as nice as the Techwoven, where you can see the full color outline of the phone around the lip.

I don't have another camera to take a photo, but this review does a good job showing it.

Yep, myself and others have had the same issue with it. I've had two, one from Benks that they gave a 80% refund for and one that was returned to Amazon.

The top part is stuck down to the metal ring by a small rectangle piece of double sided sticky tape, trying to bend the top front down caused it to come unstuck. So it's useless now anyway.

There have been quite a few reports of loose tops on various new cases, resulting from the massive opening all the way across the phone. Not that I love their cases, but I think Mous got it right by running a rigid polycarbonate frame up and over the top edge of the case. I suspect we’ll be seeing some redesigns as the year progresses, with the area above the plateau reinforced as they’ve done.

Sadly I've had the same fit issues with my Bellroy leather case that I loved for the 16 pro on my 17 pro. The case doesn't stay tight around the top, leading to the silver peeking through. Bellroy support was amazing and sent me a new one 2nd day air to see if it was an isolated issue but sadly the replacement wasn't any better. Looks like I'm going to be trying to Nomad Modern Leather this year (though I don't like that it's thicker / bulkier than the Bellroy).

When I tried putting the Bellroy on my wife's white 16 pro, it fits like a glove so I think they didn't get the updated curvature of the iphone 17 pro before starting production if I had to guess

Yes, 1500D has better pattern, but on Pitaka cases still flimsy. Benks has much better grip.
But with iPhone Air I want as thin case as possible and match my iPhone color, that is why I chosen black/grey.

Yes CC cutout is deeper than power button.
Have you tried the Benks ArmorAir?

Son looking for a rugged case but as thin as possible. Requirement is port cover and built in screen protection.

Appreciate the reco’s.

At the risk of sounding slightly hyperbolic, I have to say that I’m enjoying this phone/case combination more than just about any since the iPhone X. I have a Pitaka and an Arc Pulse coming (eventually), but if neither arrive I’d be perfectly satisfied with this setup. Happy camper here; great phone, great case, light as a feather, and gorgeous (IMO).
