That’s unfortunate. I love this case, it’s my #1 this year by far. That said, it is a very tight fit
Users report excessive rattling even when not intentionally shaking their phone. Like, noticeable, persistent rattling during normal use.

I guess, although Caudabe publicly stating they shipped (and continue to ship) buttons that are too small and therefore rattle excessively, and are having updated buttons manufactured, kind of speaks for itself
But they are not proactively sending them out to anyone. You have to lodge a complaint and get put on the list.
