Ran the Paragon today at work. Yes the back is smooth and it’s somewhat slippery. However once I get it locked into my hand it has a great grip. I’m able to pinch the front and back but use the lip as leverage. With that being said I’m starting to like it more than the Sheath. I just love how slim it is while providing minimal drop protection.
UGH, I just bought the caudabe last week and now it's on sale for Black Friday. Should I email them for the discount or? Anyone with experience on this. It's like $7-8
Try the Blue it’s the best for the Deep Blue in my opinion. By the way, good to see you man! Been a while!
Interestingly, even though Grip case is much heavier, but it makes handling Pro Max with one hand much easier than with light TechWoven

Thanks, good to be back! My local Apple store is currently out of stock for blue. Best Buy only had black. I don’t like to wait for shipping but I believe Apple will restock tomorrow. I might check out the blue. Most of the pictures I’ve seen haven’t looked like yours. I’ll take a look at it in person.
UPDATE: Just checked the store. They have blue. I’ll go check it out in the morning.
Would you say the Paragon is noticeably slimmer than the Sheath? I'm debating between those two.

So I was supposed to receive both of my dbrand orders today after they were in transit for 13 days (the Grip and a skin for my MacBook), but only one of them made it to my local sorting hub. The other one DPD now shows as “could not be delivered and is going back to the sender”. I can only with 75% certainty deduce that the package that made it is the Grip (Aramex handled the transit up to Germany and then handed it to DPD and DPD doesn’t display the former tracking numbers. But the Aramex tracking for the Grip says it arrived at the destination while the skin is still showing as “in transit”). I was also very much looking forward to the Mac skin though. Any which way… WTF. 😒
Update: it’s the Grip that is going back to sender. The skin will arrive shortly….

My package was delivered to EU by FedEx in 4 days
I wish I knew! It never even reached the sorting hub here in my region. Was returned right from where Aramex handed it over to DPD. So I’m assuming it got damaged somehow or the label was torn off or whatever. I’ve contacted dbrand, let’s see what they say.

I’ve ordered and cancelled both the Sheath and the Paragon and at this point I’m done ordering from abroad. Still waiting for the PR Gen 7 that’s supposed to arrive sometime between November 28th and December 6th but hasn’t even been dispatched yet, the Nomad which has a window of November 26th to 28th and a Wiiuka case which will probably be the first to arrive out of these three.
PR Gen 7 is always top 5 in a lot of reviews, hopefully you’ll like it. To me it’s too engineered. I like simple plus I hate with a capital H Aramid.

premium is fedex. i really like dbrand but their shipping is terrible. maybe its ok if you live in canada. anywhere else seems to be trouble unless you’re willing to pay for premium shipping.
I chose Expedited and it was a FedEx International Economy. No problems whatsoever.
Good to know if I ever order from them again. I mean the Skin for my Mac made it and arrived in a pretty cool package. And now my MacBook is pretty at least.
I mean I have the PR Air 2 and really like it so I assume I’ll like the Gen 7, too. If it ever arrives.
