no apple servers y ?:confused::confused:
You'll have to read the discussion related to the North Carolina Server farm. There are some explanations in there.

My guess, while the apple servers are robust enough for commercial applications, they are probably a little shy of handling what is necessary for more "industrial" applications. I hope you get my analogy. Again, better off reading it in the discussion provided here

I just had to update my iTunes terms of service.

edit: It's live!

double edit: Wow, that was superfast to download. HAs Apple done something to their servers to prepare for extra load?

Woo! Front of the line now! *giggling* ;) started downloading 18:07 (2mins remaining) finally!

Can you guys let us know what build number it is? Want to know if it's updated over GM (7A341) cos I'm getting nothing.

updating!

just after 7pm the dutch apple site showed '3.0 now available', but still linked to the old page saying 'available june 17th'

about 10 minutes later iTunes recognized the 3.0 software was available for my iPod Touch; so i'm now downloading! wohoo :D

the build # is 7A341. The thing I'm not sure about is, if that build # is the same across all devices.
