iPhone 3.0 Update for iPod Touch Page Appears in iTunes, Not Yet Functional

UPDATE: 10:00 PM on East Coast, United States-
Still no update for 3.0 on iPod Touch, iPhone and iPhone 3G.
To clear up any rumors going around, no download links have been found (except for iPhone 3GS).
The most probable time possibilities are as follows:
1. Midnight tonight PST
2. 10 AM, June 17th
3. 2 PM, June 17th
The iPod Touch iTunes link that showed the download to 3.0 has been removed and is redirected by the 2.2 update.
The "Download" button showed on that page should not be used for 3.0 download as it will give you 2.2, not 3.0.
Still no update for 3.0 on iPod Touch, iPhone and iPhone 3G.

Take a deep breath when it is released tomorrow and... WAIT!!!!
Wait to see if everything is going to work out the way it's meant to be. Make sure you don't mess up your iPods, iPhones by being an early user of this new OS.
This was just a warning to you all... I've had a horrible experience upgrading to the first major OS upgrade back when it was offered... DON'T hurry... you'll get it and if something went wrong in the release you won't have any pain to go through for loosing your data etc.
So take a deep breath when it is released and read about those who upgrade cause they can't wait... if the reports are fine, then upgrade if some report back with massive errors... wait...

Ps. Anyone have any ideas what this new OS will do to the first Gen. iPod Touch?

Australian Store Has Update. Clicked Check For Updates At 12:00pm Aest And Stated 3.0 Is The Newest Version Currently Downloading.
Don't bother staying up, they won't do it until 8am - 10am PST tomorrow, like they do every time.

Can anyone tell me if my calendar will be safe after the 3.0 update? I have too many things to go back and change. It's updated via the MS Exchange server at work(I think). I'm no techie and I know plenty of you out there know a lot more about this stuff than me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Oh and one more thing when you put it on your desktop, some browsers download it with .zip at the end as i see yours does... you simply need to edit the name and get rid of the .zip

That site contains the gold master build I'm using on my touch now (see above specs) but I wouldn't put the build in my production phone though.
