I am going to stay up until about 11:30 and check and see if the software is there. Usually with new Tuesday CD releases it is on EST so I can download. What have I got to lose, right?

In theory the UK already has it, as the apple site says they get it on the 17th, and it is already the 17th. Can anyone confirm this?

Oh and one more thing when you put it on your desktop, some browsers download it with .zip at the end as i see yours does... you simply need to edit the name and get rid of the .zip
