I've got no problem with people checking their phones at work. It's the ones who do what they aren't supposed to (at least where I am) and text, talk on it etc. Not good for retail business especially when they're told NOT TO. And for the record I never assumed you did or even know what policies your work has in place.Your qualification holds true if I check the phone once during work, which is obviously the case with anyone who has a phone.
It's like saying. "Oh, only an idiot drives a car that they park in their garage." Obviously, if someone has a car in their garage they purchased, it is for driving.
You tried to make yourself look so great by talking down to other people who use their phone during work. You want to seem so high and mighty.
