Sorry for bring off topic, but I like your transparent bumper! Which one is it?

Marware Edge...it is identified in the review;)

Sorry for missing it... The mobile version of the forum splits one post into multiple pages for me, and by the time I see the pics I forgot what I read.... LOL

Take a look at the top left of the back cover. It appears to be lifted off the backing, and this would explain why I have a bubble in the exact same spot on mine when installed. It appears to be a problem with the PS itself

I just put the back on and I think PS is thicker :D

Btw, does anyone have problem with the PS back film not sticking at the edge? For some reason, the top left corner doesn't wanna stick for me :(

Yes! Same problem here

i've been having issues with bubble around the front facing camera and the home button. i contacted customer support at PowerSupport and they sent me a new set of films. but once i installed them i was actually having more problems with the bubbles than the original film.

i've owned PowerSupport films before for my iPods and iPhones and never had any problems until now. hopefully they'll send me a new film that doesn't have problems with bubbling, otherwise i might switch over to the oleo film from SGP.

Use a wet application...lift the film with scotch tape in those areas, spray lightly with distilled water and work down. Bubbles will disappear. Make sure you have a paper towel to catch the moisture before it goes in a hole.

Good Luck!

Oh, ya. I have a bubble in my front camera hole wont go away. Did this work for yours? Its kind of annoying.

I tried dabbing some water in there, but once the water dries, the bubble remains. I think its because unlike the Zagg etc theres no actual adhesive between the PS shield and the screen, its static based
Theoretically you dont want to put soapy water between the two, cos then the detergent acts to neutralise the static attraction (theoretically)

Is the crystal clear film supposed to be dent proof? I have the mentioned screen protector, and today I found a tiny dent!

i've already tried both the dry and wet methods, all i get are bubbles.

You're funny! It's not made of steel so of course it will dent. If you get a dent, it will bubble around that area. I got one too.

The others pretty much covered it. If my method does not work then email support a picture and they will take care of you. There are bad sets and you may have received one. I think the more you play with it, the less it sticks as well. Once you get it on and set, leave it alone until time to replace.

same exact spot for me. everything else is perfect

@TroyBoy30 if you email PS with a picture, they'll be happily send you a replacement. I just got a confirmation just a couple of hours after I sent them the picture. Their support is top notch.

I had a problem with my screen protectors as well. There appeared to me uniform machined scratches along the cut outs. My guess is from the stamping or cutting process. I called customer service expecting to get the problem fixed but he told me I had to email them instead. I don't really see the point of have a phone number if they won't help you. Hopefully everything will work out because I love their products, unfortunately, I'm just not able to use them.

I guess they need to see a picture just to prove that you really have the problem, that's why they want you to email them.

Really enjoying my hd anti-glare screen. Some pics comparing the power support to the invisibleshield...

For the back, I wanted a matte black finish, so I laser cut a power support iPad antiglare screen. Pics of the project here...
http://brandonshigeta.com/blog/2010/07/27/matte-black-iphone-4/

At the moment, the film we cut for the back is a bit too accurate and lifts at the edges. If anyone is interested in laser cutting a matte back piece, which Power Support does not offer, I can post the cutting file after we finalize it.

PS definitely stand by their product, they have agreed to send out a replacement back piece for me, all with minimal fuss
Now that's good customer service

I just got my Iphone 4.
Based on this thread it appears that the PowerSupport crystal screen protector is the best.

Can you suggest:

- Back protector
- Side protectors (if needed) such as BodyguardZ
- (Slim) case

Thanks!
