Just got mine in the mail, took off Zaggz IS. Post application I'm liking it a lot, recommend this to EVERYONE. I have problems with the adhesive not sticking around the front facing camera ring, left side trim, and a corner on the back.
Called PS, they wanted me to provide pictures in an email which I just did and said I should get replacements.
Good product besides the small deficiency but even more impressed how quickly they will replace your film.

Have the same exact problem. Has anyone found a solution to this? Do the replacement films they send suffer from the same problem?

Here's my pictures I sent to PS.

so i received my powersupport front/back protectors. I was using some crappy iFrogz protectors that I purchased the day the iPhone4 came out.

Anyways, these protectors are amazing. I had PS for my 3GS, and glad I went with them for the iphone4. Installation was easy, and I actually don't have any issues with the left corner of the back protector not sticking. I'm also using them with my Apple bumper, and the bumper might even help in keeping the corner down if you are having issues.

The anti-glare front screen is smooth and doesn't diminish the retina screen as much as the iFrogz matte protector did. The fitment is perfect, and I'm having no issues with either cameras/flash.

I read an earlier post about the new installation technique not helping much, but I actually like having the ability to apply the middle part of the protector to the screen first to help align the screen. The pre-installation film was also helpful, as I was getting dust even when applying in a steamy bathroom.

For the camera part, I had the same problem. Everytime it pop'd up I'd just hold it down with my thumb. A few times holding it for about a minute or two it eventually went away. It may or may not work for you though, good luck.

There are two slight defects in mine too. Hard to see, or take pictures of for that matter. For what it's worth, I did this in the bathroom after fogging it up with hot water for 5 minutes or so. The white backplate is brand new, and had never been touched. I just peeled off the backing and applied. Went perfectly (except for the material defects on the shield.

Here is that one at the top, near the camera that others seem to have too:

You can see the one on the side here:

The defects were not from applying, you could see them when the PS shield was still on its backing.

However... don't let this deter you from purchasing one of these. It is SUPER nice, and I can't say how impressed I am with it. You cannot tell it's on, except for the camera/flash cutout. It feels fantastic as well, I am very impressed.

Looks good and a bumper of any type will hide those two and help put pressure on them to eventually maybe make them stick. I had one on the top back edge opposite the camera and the case eventually took it out.

Nice Pics!

PS definitely stand by their product, they have agreed to send out a replacement back piece for me, all with minimal fuss
Now that's good customer service

i agree. they're sending me out another replacement (for a total of 3). hopefully the 3rd time is charm!

I ordered the set with the back as well as the crystal and the anti-glare for the front. After a week of using the crystal on the front, the fingerprints had driven me nuts so I thought I would try the anti-glare. The switch really took care of the fingerprints and it even felt a lot better when you touched it, but it really reduced the clarity of the screen. I wish I could have the best of both worlds :D

On a side note - I have been using the front (crystal) and back with the black bumper and I have had no problems other than the fingerprints as previously mentioned. They alignment was all perfect and no pealing in any of the corners.

I did order the new Incase Slider but to much disappointment it actually pushed my crystal screen off. A Best Buy employee recommended that I remove the back screen and just try it with the front on - this did nothing. The Slider is so snug that I cant even get it to slide on more than half way and getting it off was even worse. Very disappointed.

Anyone have any case suggestions that can be used in combination with the PS screens? Something along the lines of the slider as far as protection goes.

I'm planning on contacting Power Support about the adhesive not sticking properly in the left hand corner too. Do you guys recommend calling first? Email?

Thanks

read my post above, they just want you to take photos of the deficiency's and send it in an email to their customer support. remember to include your order number.

Does any1 know if they have started to roll out revised versions i guess lol of the screen protectors so that they don't have the issue anymore?

Their return/exchange policy says we need to ship the product back before they send out the new one. So I'm asking.

For those with issues with bubbling or air pockets, have you guys tried holding the areas down by pushing and holding for 30 seconds or so, that may help some of your non-adhesion issues, maybe?

Let me know if this may work, I know at times, this way help.

I'm glad to see this thread become a thread where people can talk about issues and experiences with the PS product.

@trevorplease no you don't have to, just shoot them an email with a picture and your order no.

@albert1028 I tried but it didn't work. I also tried to put some pressure on it over night but it didn't work either.

holy smokes thank god I caught this thread, was about to pull the trigger on crappy zagg shield!

by the way, stop being so feminine guys, I almost thought it was a joke, its a small bubble not that big of a deal

@thrallz, I didn't think to post my order number in an email since I was just asking them what my options are because I have the same as the people on here (front camera, and home button)

Is it a situation where they would look at the email and not respond to it if there is no order number? I have to email them again?

Well if you don't have your order number in your email, I'd say they'll reply and ask for it. I emailed them without a picture nor my order # and I got a reply the next day asking for a picture and order #

Thank you for your kind help, I emailed them late friday so hopefully they will get back to me on Monday. I was disappointed in them for not emailing me back twice prior to giving them money.

Awesome customer service! They just got back to me regarding the bubbling after emailing them last Friday. They are sending me a replacement.

my crystal is bubble free
