Called this number and I am now waiting for a customer service rep....
I just went through that and after being on hold for 10 minutes was told there was nothing they could help with on their end once they learned I had already tried to activite via the phone. She recommended I keep trying and maybe wait until later/lower volumn hours.
This is my first iPhone. Four hours after delivery and still no activiation... what a HUGE buzz kill after all the anticipation and excitement.
I don't think I can bring myself to enter my zip code and ss last four digits one more time. Time for a break.
