This is bad isn't it? I couldn't even last a day without charging it thrice. However it's because I'm surfing non stop at home via wifi.

No, it's available in Appstore

Yeah I just got it. Was surprised it was allowed! Great find, indeed!

So much more convenient than plugging it in.

My 5S is at 85% of original capacity after 185 cycles.

iPhone 5 - this phone has barely been used, I got it second-hand 6 weeks ago

it's a really good app actually, because it shows u the same as on ibackboot or how the program is called:)

This is bad. And worst. My iPhone 5 bought last December of 2012. Definityle needs a replacement
If you charge your battery to 100% does the max Cap increase? My max Cap is much higher when the battery is fully charged vs almost empty.

Yeah the only battery app on App Store that shows battery capacity. The rest only show estimated runtime for various activities.

I just wrote there , that u can use it to check ur battery health!

But you didn't write it in your post. Why so squirrely about posting the name of the app? Do the forums have rules against developers promoting their own apps?

I just downloaded the app, and the results look a bit suspect. My iPhone5 battery can't possibly be this close to a new one. I think that all the pie chart is doing is showing how charged the battery is. Test it at 100% charge, 50% charge and 1% charge and I expect that the pie chart will confirm my thoughts. 69p wasted.

The only way to know for sure is to compare it with ibackup mac app report.

The battery from an 11.5 month old phone, which has been through 518 charge cycles, cannot possibly be as fresh as a brand new one.

But it's not as fresh as a new one which has rated capacity of 1430mAh

Are you the developer?

Nono i am not, i liked a page of facebook that shows news about apple stuff and also free apps and so on. And one day they posted the app! I tried it, tried it to compare with ibackboot and actually it shows the same results as the programm on pc!

I am sorry guys, but since i posted the name of the app before on my 1st post i thought that it would be clear ;). My apologies

I was during one period alwAys comparing both, the app and the programm (ibackboot) and actually both show the same results! It's true what this app is showing u! So i guess that u are having a really good way on how to charge ur phone!
can u pls tell me how do u charge ur phone? What phone do u got?

 Your cycle count is pretty high for a 1 year old device. You probably should get a replacement. And it seems like you just fully charge it and fully discharge it every day?

Since iOS7 came along, and robbed me of a good 3 hours+ of runtime per charge cycle, I'm not surprised that the cycle count is much higher than expected. Apple have shaved a third off the battery longevity.

I have an iPhone 5. I never leave it charging overnight, I charge it when necessary but often let it run down to less than 5%, and once a week I let the battery die fully. I also regularly use my phone whilst it charges. No special battery care procedure, the main thing I do that others don't tend to do is run mine right down and charge it fully. I would say that 70% of the charges are from 2% to 100%.

The pie chart does indeed show how charged the battery is; but the max capacity shows how much capacity your battery retains.

In my case this is 1384 out of 1440mah, which seems likely given just 65 charge cycles.

In any case this app is godsend ... I couldn't be bothered to fiddle with ibackupbot settings. So far my 5S battery looks excellent.

Recently got an iPhone 5s from a friend, does it seem like he took poor care of the battery?

CycleCount: 124
DesignCapacity: 1550
FullChargeCapacity: 1445 (93.23)
