If that is on your order status...then yes...you got it. It will change to "prepping for shipment" when they box it up.

Definitely use the iPhone app if you can - it went through in just a few minutes, while the Apple store is still down for me.

Store not open yet at 12:32am PDT; AT&T order incomplete

Weird... AT&T site let me get to the Order Now button, but that pops up an info message about the order, then... nothing - drops back to site. Multiple clicks and nothing happens. Then, the entire site went away - "counting down the minutes to the big event" on the home page... ?

UPDATE: Apple Store app (iOS) worked fine! (Same as 4S launch - no luck with AT&T and Apple volume swamping their sites, but iOS app worked great.)

1 black 32gb and 1 white 32gb each ordered on app store app on phone they will be replacing. Took some refreshing with timeouts, but done with two confirm emails.

It wouldn;t let me change the shipping address to my work, think I can call and do it?

I was able to change my shipping address once I was able to log into the webpage, no problem. Delivery date still shows 9/21.

Edit: I don't have the consciousness to read through all the other replies tonight. Sorry if anyone else already answered this.

Oh, AT&T's website was also giving me a big problem when I was checking my upgrade eligibility. I sold my 4s and I'm now using a motorola razor flip phone. When I was trying to upgrade my line, it kept taking me to an error page saying that only current smartphone lines were eligible for an upgrade. WTF? So AT&T's preorder process didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped especially since it was up before Apple's website was for me. Thank god for the Apple Store App.

You can't change the shipping address. Even on the order status page. The button is there but it just tells you that the order is still processing.

Don't use Chrome Browser. It does not work. Explorer worked fine. However, I used the apple store app. I got my ATT 64gb black at 303am est or 1203 am.

on the web apple store, i entered my apartment # on the shipping screen, and then on confirmation checkout there is no apartment # shown.

i even removed the iphone from my cart and started over to see if i messed up, but again my apartment # is missing from final confirmation screen.

even on the confirmation email, the apartment # i entered is indeed not listed......

happen to anyone else?

This happened to me as well.. Anyone else have this issue?
