iPhone 6s to only have 1GB of RAM?!!!

I simply can't handle another year of crashes, reloading apps/webpages, and random resprings. These problems don't exist on my iPad Air 2 so I'm convinced is they lack of RAM on my 6+. This is the ONLY way I will pre-order.

yes the crashes/reload sucks on the 6 plus. i m hoping the 6s+ will have 2gb as well, i just can't handle web browsing with reload anymore

It took him a while to respond when I asked. He most likely asked a manager or someone in the know about this. I also asked him about SIM-free unlocked iPhones being sold on pre-order day and told me he was not sure. I also asked him if tempered glass would hinder the effects of 3D Touch. He was not sure about that as well. One thing he was sure about was that the iPhone 6S Plus has 2GB of RAM.

I am running iOS 9 on my iPhone 6 and it works great, so despite the fact that more RAM will improve multitasking and tab reloading, if Apple decides to stay with 1GB of RAM, it won't be the end of the world..

The problems will be evident later. I have a 4S with 512 MB of RAM I can't even play Apple Music and Clash of Clans at the same time.
 
After how many years of trying to get early specs, ordering processes, status updates, etc will it take for people to learn. CSRs likely don't know any more than you do.

It's 2gb. Last year's ipad has 2gb.apple TV has 2gb. Ipad pro 4gb. And you think the iPhone has 1gb?
 
I'll pre-order on the assumption it will have 2 gigs. When iFixit releases their report and this is found not to be true, then I'll just cancel.

I'm sure Tim is getting tweeted at about this all day.
