iPhone 7/7+ iOS 10 app close animation

Same, in the latest beta it also seems to be minimized slightly but if you look closely there still is a different animation then usual.
 
At this point I wonder if it actually will be fixed. I don't see how they could just leave it like this but at the same time it seems like they would have already fixed it by now if it was gonna be fixed.

Better yet, is this how all future iPhones will behave? Hopefully it starts and ends with iOS 10.

Not true. It's not really a bug, so it's not top priority to fix. Also, look at how many bugs and glitches were fixed in 10.2 that were there since 10.0 beta 1.

If they didn't fix it on this round, maybe 10.3 will be the time that they'll address this... or perhaps it's just not viewed as a bug, but intentional behavior that doesn't need fixing.
 
What I have noticed since beta 3 or 4 is the lag/stutter when 3d touching app icons. Often the menu that pops up isn't as smooth as it used to be and I'm sure scrolling through the multitasking app cards is getting worse as well.
 
I can confirm beta 5 of 10.2 fixed all the animation problems and now its smooth, wow about time but there is hope 7 plus is finnily smooth :)

Yeah i swear, i have moaned since i got my 7 plus and since ios 10 came out but honestly the beta 5 has made it smooth and the geekbench shows massive improvement since beta 4, i have no clue what they fixed but its not lagging

I done a restore from scratch of beta 5 on my 7 plus and after an hour or so indexing it was so smooth and now the lag i get when shutting apps is gone its like a miracle lol

Oh ok, well when 10.2 final comes out I'll do it cuz right now I don't have access to an PC but I'll take your word for it

I have a feeling this is the final one public might get on monday but will see, im happy 10.2 will be a huge upgrade in speed for the 7 plus

Its crazy cos all the betas have been rubbish and beta 4 still has the animation problems and then beta 5 just worked wonders i wanna know what they fixed to make it smoother again :)
 
Does the 7 plus suffer the same fps skipping like the 6s plus when opening and closing apps? The lag on the 6s plus has never been fixed properly. I am due for a contract upgrade and am leaning towards the the non plus.

My old 6S plus was fine i only noticed the animation problem when i got my 7 plus so not to sure but i think ios 10.2 is what ios 10 should of started like, has taken 18 pages on here to fix the issue :)

Same **** for me. iPhone 7. Is beta 5 basically the final build of 10.2? Will there be a gm?
