Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Sprint Pre-Order Thread

Guys, as mad as I am that the shortened order page got my hopes up because I thought my phone was shipping, I don't think it means all of our devices are further delayed. I think it just means that Sprint finally realized how obnoxious that half-page order status was and they changed it to simplify things.

On hold now. They're saying Apple has given them updates dates Oct 16-30 my phone was originally quoted as Sept 23:mad::mad::mad:

Uh.. OK. Something is majorly wrong. Got off chat and rep told me the information is being updated due to Apple's info. Somehow she did tell me Ill have mine in 10-15 days. Really? How do they know this if what we see on the order page is what they see??
 
Im on hold right now trying to cancel my order as I have found the Black 7+ 128 that I originally ordered from sprint. I have a reservation for IUP and have been told I can change this to carrier finance at the store. Has anyone else done this? Anything I should look out for before cancelling the order?

So I see why we are being ignored.
What's worse is they hide behind a revised order page, apparently escalated emails and such are being ignored.

Ordered 9/9, got up early. I suspected and posted that the delivery dates were bogus.

Never again. Never.

Got off the phone with sprint 1 hour ago, was told my iPhone 7+ mb has been pushed to the first week of October. Order # 803962. Due to Apple delaying iPhone plus shipment.
 
Apple to Sprint- "Oh, sorry guys... we're all out. Geez, I guess that means you'll just have to wait."

I told them I wanted to cancel and they were quick to close out my account. Didn't make any offer to stay

Basically he same crap. I'm so angry can't type.

I meant cancel the iPhone pre-order lol
I told them that too. That I wanted to terminate the lines then she asked if I want to file an official complaint. I said yes. Then she asked if there was anything else she could do I said "service credit"

nearly all sizes and colors of 7+ models available for pickup tomorrow in many apple stores in FL, except in Tampa of course.. still waiting to hear about my JB 7+ 128
 
I asked the driver did he have my iPhone onboard, he said maybe. Lol

Yep. Can you only do 2yr contract or iup in an apple store if you have Sprint? Or can you use sprints upgrade program

I think I'm going to tMobil and take my chances with a note 7. I had my iPhone paid and unlocked so Im good to go. I just sad they did not offer me anything to stay:(
