I think I'm going to tMobil and take my chances with a note 7. I had my iPhone paid and unlocked so Im good to go. I just sad they did not offer me anything to stay:(

It was insulting how nonchalant they are. I've been with them 7yrs

Ok.
I have been angry, but this has really pushed my buttons.

The same woman that called me Th 14th called back. She attempted to feed me the "unexpected order volume line" and told me my order status page had not changed. Like all of you itt has, but she wanted to argue that the dates that are posted on my order.com landing were the same. Don't care.

From there I lost it and it went down hill. I told her I no longer care and I've had it.

Meanwhile another call comes in and I let it go to voicemail while I rant. It's ANOTHER Sprint rep calling to discuss my email from yesterday. Wow.

Once off the phone I called the second Rep and went to voicemail. I really could care less if I talk to her. We're leaving once this mess is over. I will probably refuse shipment and begin the process of moving over.

The best part is when I was ranting about paying for a device I didn't buy from them my wife overheard. She didn't know I paid for that phone anyway and now I'm in the doghouse for caving. Yippee.

So, save yourself some trouble and don't bother trying to talk to anyone from Sprint about this mess. They will just feed you the same crap over and over.

Still fuming...

Has anyone else seen this on their order page? It didn't say that this morning.

IPHONE 7P ROSE 128GB KIT 1 2016-09-10

Ok... So, I went to the "my order" page where you put in the order number and my ship by date is still the "30th".

Who really knows when or if the phones will ship but congrats to those who have them.

Sprint store near me says they won't have + til thanksgiving. Played with it and the note 7 and it's a tough choice but the 7+ is the right one in my opinion. If I don't have the iPhone by the end of the month I'll likely switch to something android

I could be very wrong here but I would imagine most stores are still filling pre-orders as well which would not allow "walk in traffic" to purchase the iPhone.

Again, I could be wrong but I'm just hoping my phones ship by their original ship date of 9/30.

I think the guys at my sprint store are scared to call me.

Phone was delivered two hours ago but I think they know I'm the guy who's wife's iphone got sent back to Kentucky. lol

If I don't hear from them I'm gonna call them on my way home from work.

Yeah I got the drift that that was the case. She also was shocked that I didn't have my phone yet

With sprint 2 years, came from Verizon, paid full price for my iPhone 6 Plus,so that I will qualify for the $50 unlimited plan. Don't know what to do I don't want to make a mistake and end up getting the shaft both ways;(

Does anyone know if any other carriers do contract buyout and how does it work?
T-Mobile.
Basically you sign up and they send you a prepaid card worth whatever your buyout is. Takes a bit. Hot tmobiles landing page, they have detailed info.

Been looking into it for a few days.

Enter it again. If you cut and pasted may be a space in front or at the end.

I think I made a mistake placing an order at their store. Now I leave with none of any info. They don't even know when I can expect it :(
Really no different than ordering online. We have no idea when we are getting ours either.

I don't even want the damn thing now.

I just did a Sprint chat to see if there are really additional delays from Apple. Since they're not sending out transcripts, I'll paraphrase: "I see on your account that you already contacted executive services, was the answer that they provided not sufficient? Have you checked your e-mail/voicemail? You were given a timeline that your device will ship by 9/30. Please reach out to the executive team for more information."

I was like whoaaaaa.... I mean I understand that the customer service reps are probably as mad as we are because they have thousands (millions?) of people demanding updates but still.. there isn't clear communication from Sprint, maybe if they were a little more proactive about updates we wouldn't be hounding customer service so bad...

how did people who ordered in store get any tracking info? The store just keeps saying they will call when they get it but that is not a good enough answer for me

At least you guys has an order number that you can track it online. I called them, and was told that they cannot track the order as it is a store order. Then they advised that I should call the store directly because they would know. Anyway, the store doesn't know anything, and saying they cannot help. Ugh :(

Same story here. No tracking or any info. Just told that they will call when the phone is there. I wish they could give me a better answer.

We have 7+ in stock at my local apple store. I'm really tired of waiting. If I did the IUP with Apple. What would I do with my current leased 6S? Do I take it back to Sprint and just return it and tell them I bought my 7 at Apple under their own leasing or what? Would I have to pay my lease off to return the phone all together even if I'm not upgrading or swapping it with another one.

Had a chat with Alan at 3:30am yesterday and was told I should look for a email in a couple of hours for shipping details. Never received the email so I called today to see what the hold up was. They told me there were just told by Apple there was a hold up with the shipment and they will not receive the phones till the first of October and I should receive my phone around the 5 or 6 of October. 32gb mb plus

If the answer was sufficient, why the hell would I be asking again?

Idk what to think now. Although my status has changed to the same thing you guys have, the dates on the page with the shipping estimates has stayed the same.

I would love to cancel my order but I figured there is no alternative way in which I would get my phone sooner.

Correct me if I am wrong, since I am a new customer who hasn't received his phone yet, the Apple Store route wouldn't work for me because I am not fully in Sprint's system yet, as said by the agent, I have to transfer/activate my number on a Sprint device first.

Only way I can get a phone from the Apple Store is to pay it outright, which was my original plan but I decided I didn't want to pay $900+ outright for a phone so I went with Sprint's installment plan instead.

That's kinda ****** because I see daily 7+ models hitting Apple stores. Needless to say they are gone the same day, but still. Apple is getting them out. Now why Sprint is being delayed for their shipments is what is confusing me. I feel like out of all the carriers that I've witnessed, Sprint is getting ****ed in the ass without the courtesy reach around.
