What's the name of the person that called you from Sprint?
Which one?
The one that's called me several times, I can't remember.

The others name was Kathy. I doubt I will hear from her again.

They're claiming volume, basically blaming Apple.

Once I calm I'm calling for buyout info then calling T-Mobile Monday.

I did a rough estimate. Spent about $27,000 over the years with them, not counting devices.

Idk what to think now. Although my status has changed to the same thing you guys have, the dates on the page with the shipping estimates has stayed the same.

I would love to cancel my order but I figured there is no alternative way in which I would get my phone sooner.

Correct me if I am wrong, since I am a new customer who hasn't received his phone yet, the Apple Store route wouldn't work for me because I am not fully in Sprint's system yet, as said by the agent, I have to transfer/activate my number on a Sprint device first.

Only way I can get a phone from the Apple Store is to pay it outright, which was my original plan but I decided I didn't want to pay $900+ outright for a phone so I went with Sprint's installment plan instead.
I'm in the same boat as you. Bringing my number to sprint and ordered a 256+ mb because it was supposed to ship faster than the 128. Now the 128+ mb sprint model is available at the nearest Apple Store tomorrow but I can't reserve it bc my number is not yet a sprint number. Frustrating

That

That's kinda ****** because I see daily 7+ models hitting Apple stores. Needless to say they are gone the same day, but still. Apple is getting them out. Now why Sprint is being delayed for their shipments is what is confusing me. I feel like out of all the carriers that I've witnessed, Sprint is getting ****ed in the ass without the courtesy reach around.
Told him I think I should just cancel and I was he could cancel my order because my phone had not shipped yet. What f#%king bicth!

So from what I'm reading on these forums is that everyone's dates are pushed back. Is this for the people that ordered between 9/9 and 9/13? I have a MB128+ and I don't mind waiting till the first week of october since I still have the 6s+ but this is just f***ing annoying

Im on hold right now trying to cancel my order as I have found the Black 7+ 128 that I originally ordered from sprint. I have a reservation for IUP and have been told I can change this to carrier finance at the store. Has anyone else done this? Anything I should look out for before cancelling the order?

I did that yesterday actually. I reserved the phone saying IUP and when I got there it was no problem switching it to carrier installments. In fact when I reserved they only had rose gold but when I got there they were able to find a regular gold one for me. I had to call Sprint from the store to cancel on order to use the upgrade at Apple but other than the hold time that wasn't a problem either. The girl at Apple even carried my phone around so that no one else would sell it while I was on hold with Sprint.

im coming from a 6s 16gb so could really use the plus and 128. i tried to use forever to get into the 6s plus but same pricing roughly. was denied anyway (same gen) and now im on phone with sprint on hold for 28 minutes. trying to figure out why the rep is telling me i cant upgrade till 2017 when i already placed the order at store! lol

ordered 9/13

Yeah, that's pretty similar to what I've spent. And I upgrade at least once a year. I've had 34 unique devices with Sprint through the years, not including the unicorn 7 I am honestly beginning to think I will never see. I really wish this forum allowed for more abrasive language, because I could really use the catharsis from typing it out and seeing it boldly displayed on my screen and for the whole world to see.

Side note- check out how much money you've spent at Amazon some time. I could have purchased a really nice car at this point with the money I've spent there.

I waited hour and a half just to be told to fuc# off. I'm not under any obligation, so considering leaving. It sucks some people don't have that option. Or you could always switch and have another carrier pay your early term fees but unfortunately you might have to wait for your phone to be shipped. This really sucks!

I've got the order cancelled now (confirmed via email and status page) but my line is not showing eligible on the sprint site. Are you saying you were able to call them while you were in the store and have them cancel the order and restore your upgrade eligibility in one "quick" call?

I'll give Sprint until Monday to figure their **** out, if nothing improves and they keep us in the dark, I am canceling my order and will just go try my luck at the Apple stores.
[doublepost=1474578140][/doublepost]Sprint is screwing me over before I'm even an official customer. Who would've thought

But then again some people are being told something else.

There is a MB 128gb plus at an Apple store near me, and I want to reserve and go get it so bad.

If anyone with iPhone forNever has successfully done, or is trying this - please let us know!

Order my iPhone 7 plus 128G gold on 9/17 and waiting for a tracking number.

Actually, what seems to be happening is that people made orders and Sprint gave very distant shipping estimates (9/30, 10/7) and people are getting upset that on 9/22 their phone isn't delivered yet.

Honestly, It's been 6 days since launch so we still have weeks before we can even say that anything is "late".

thats what I was told when I ordered which is why I'm being patient till the 30th

Again, I repeat-

It is more than "just" the device not being here... even though it seriously ought to be. The fury you're seeing is from all the bull***t Sprint has been spewing, and the awful treatment. The lack of communication is offensive. The fact that the CEO talks about how they've got all these new customers and how successful Sprint was with this launch, yet they completely ignore the EXISTING customers that give them tons of money each month.

Why is it so hard for people to understand this?

Valid statement. I'm mad as I am, not because my estimated shipping date is passed, it was given to me as 11/11 at check out on pre-order, so technically they are nowhere near being late on their word, but I'm mad because I can stroll down to Apple on a good day and pick one up if I wanted to pay more out of pocket for it. They have iPhones 7+ in MB 128+256GB in stock at a local Apple store. But at this point, I'm scared to even tamper with my pre-order as Sprint will royally **** something up and I get left paying for it with my wallet.
