Long time lurker, first time posting because I'm starting to lose my patience. Still haven't gotten any info. on shipping.

For those who have gotten tracking, which did you get first an email or did you see tracking on your order status on sprint.com/myorder?

MB+ 128gb
Ordered: 9/16 about 10AM
Est. Delivery: 10/10- 10/19

You all are breaking my heart lol. I ordered an i phone 7 plus to replace my note 7. First ever iphone and am really excited about it. I was hoping to see everyone getting their phones earlier than anticipated but I guess thats not the case. I guess I'm really going to have to wait until the 11-17 to 11-25 time frame. Sigh oh well lol.

I'm still waiting for them to cancel my order and reset my eligibility. The store couldn't cancel it because they couldn't find my order which I knew it was BS they just don't want people cancel an order for whatever reason. I took it to escalations and the lady told me Saturday that the cancelation would take 24-48 hours. Been waiting for that phone call.

You know I didn't pre-order the iPhone 7, but ended up walking into a Best Buy Mobile Store in my local mall and picked up 2 of them 3 weeks after release. My wife and I have had ours for about 2 weeks now. I strongly suggest you all look at stores around your location to see if they are in stock.

Word of advice, if you have a 6S, there isn't a need to upgrade. I went from a 6S Plus to a 7 Plus and there really isn't anything special about the upgrade. It just feels like a slightly faster, slightly buggier 6S. I'd say wait until the 7S or get on the iPhone Forever upgrade plan.

Also look at the Unlimited Freedom plan if you are out of contract, $130 unlimited everything for 3 phones.

Hopefully! The only way we'd get them by Wednesday is if they're on one of the 6 planes coming in early tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

I really didn't think i'd have to wait till the last day of the delivery estimate. :(

That's kinda ********. First off, Cancelation takes 10-15 minutes to finalized. When the rep canceled my order, it immediately reflected on the myOrder page as cancelation in progress. 15 minutes later, I got an E-Mail saying it has been processed and it was fully canceled. They told me 2-4 hours to reset upgrade but I demanded to get it manually reset now by asking for supervisor or higher up support and after being stern enough, They indeed reset it manually and it was able to place my order again within 10 minutes. I did notice though. Even though they reset my upgrade, it didn't show I was eligible on the my devices page when I logged into my account. During the upgrade process when it list your devices from the dropdown menu to select which device you want to upgrade, there it showed my device was upgrade ready.

Yea I agree that is really dumb. The corporate store I returned my note 7 at forgot to reset my upgrade eligibility so when I went online to order an iphone 7+ I had to call in. It took them about an hour to get it fixed but finally got the phone ordered over the phone. Then I get a conformation email that they ordered the wrong color. Got that order canceled and upgrade eligibility reset and ordered the correct phone. Took a bit because there was issues with fees (that I was exempt from due to the note 7 recall) shipping etc that we were arguing over but it was no 2-4 days thats junk.

My new baby has arrived!

Not without a little drama, LOL.

Set a delivery window with UPS so someone would be here to accept around 5pm. I got a message at 1:40 saying it was delivered. Panic ensued right away, since I knew my Super was on vacation and no one was authorized to accept. Called UPS, flew home, and it turns out my super got back between last night and today, and since the driver knows the area and trusts him, just left the package at his house.

This 7+ is such a nice upgrade. Had a regular 6 and the battery would go from 30% to 0 real quick. It runs so smoothly! I know when sprint tells you, you don't want to believe it but it is definitely worth the wait! Good luck to all who are still waiting!

Anyone know how you do a return if you order on sprint.com, thinking about staying with my 6s Plus because the reception was better on wifi and cellular than this 7 plus.
Apple just released iOS 10.0.3 which should hopefully fix some of these issues.

Trust me, I would have done this but I am planning on trading in my 6 to get the monthly service credits. As far as I know this is an online-only Sprint promo

I would have done that but with the Unlimited Freedom plan you don't get the monthly credits. I came from Unlimited MyWay and was paying about $230 a month with 3 phones paid off, after going to the iPhone Forever with unlimited Freedom I'm looking at about $210. For two iPhone 7 Pluses. The credit towards my account came as a gift card for the buy back of the 6S Plus.

Just got an email that my ship date has been revised.

Now 10/19 - 10/24

Ordered 9/16 @ 1:00pm
f*ck sprint

Just got this email as well. Soo annoying!

Especially that I spoke with the Rep in the sprint chat about 2 hours ago and threatened to cancel and he said "i would wait a few days as your delivery window is 10/10-10/19"

It's a bit irritating that they change the ship dates the night before or the day of the latest expected delivery date. It's such a slap in the face. It's like you obviously know you won't have the supply in advance so why wait in the last 12 hours to change it.

How do i go about emailing someone higher?

I just got on the chat and they're telling me they will start shipping 11/11. Then why did the email i just got say 10/19-10/24? They need to get their information straight.

Sprint is so ****ing useless. I will never get this phone

Yes they are.

In the chat he mentioned everyone is having supply issues. So I mentioned people are having better luck in stores. And he said "well you can cancel your order and get one in a store(if there's any available)" like I was lying or something.

My tracking is still saying "Order Processed: Ready for UPS", but UPS said it's delivery date is for tomorrow. I'm getting on edge. I've never had tracking take this long to start showing. I just wanna know if UPS has the damn package lol

Looks like tracking has finally updated at 11:43 CT for me. It still says on time for a 10/18 delivery. UPS normally runs around 11AM for me since it's a business address. I'll let you guys know later today when I get it.

How long has it had this status? Sounds like the situation I had where Sprint said UPS lost it. As a matter of fact my old tracking number still says in transit since 9/28.

Well they say you get what you pay for. Sprint may be cheaper but that definitely shows in their network and Customer Service. I've had both AT&T and Verizon and while they may be more, it shows in their Network and Customer Service. They make the money to spend on better support and training and not having to resource all their CS overseas. I've never gotten an American CS rep ever with Sprint.
lets be clear the only reason i said at&t is because where i was stationed at i didnt get service from t-mobile so i switched to sprint. ive had verizon before and they were rude af and lied about services. at&t offering unlimited when u have direct tv so thats why i said switced. if i had my choice i would still be with tmobile

Interesting. I believe they switched me over to unlimited freedom and I'm getting monthly credit for my old phone - I just received email that they received the phone yesterday and would take 2-3 bills to process but would be.
