How long has it had this status? Sounds like the situation I had where Sprint said UPS lost it. As a matter of fact my old tracking number still says in transit since 9/28.

The tracking number was issued Sunday night at 7PM. Tracking number went "live" at 8AM yesterday morning. It sat at "Processed, Ready for UPS" until 11:45 last night. It then started updating.

Update my unicorn came yesterday she's so shiny and pretty I only got a pic of the box forgot to take a pic of the phone and it won't let me upload
 
I've been popping in here to gauge when I would have gotten my phone if I'd waited it out. So, did anyone with a 9/15@3pm order date for a Jet Black 128 7+ get tracking yet?

By the way, it really is a good idea to stop in to your local best buy or target and see if they have your configuration in stock. I got mine completely by chance. We shop in target for my kids school snacks and I always pop by the electronics department. They had a JB 128 on display so I asked if they had any more. Sure enough, they did.
 
Sprint just sent me an email offering a free screen protector for my iPhone 7 Plus at any of their locations. My order just surpassed one month yesterday.

I ordered on the Sept 16th around 3PM. One JB 128+ and one MB 128+. Both are on the truck for delivery today.

Nice! I ordered 9/17 around 7PM CST. Haven't gotten anything regarding my order shipping or a tracking number

Sprint told me yesterday they are going in order #, but that is definitely not true since I ordered before you and my order begins with 80495****.

I know they aren't going by order number as a whole because that wouldn't work. Some models become available before others. As for the same model, they should be going in ordered for those who ordered the same one but I don't think they are.

Quick question. I am eligible for an upgrade to my iPhone 6 via 2 year contract and subsidized phone. Does the clock restart on my eligibility when I order or when my phone is available and delivered? I ask because I want to upgrade to the 7 plus. Ideally I would get the 128gb model. I am ok waiting, but if it means that my upgrade eligibility doesn't restart until the phone is available, I will pay the extra $100 to get the 256gb model now.

i got all 3 but now no e-mail and im a few days away from where my batch is suppose to start shipping. but today is day 29 of the wait so i'd say maybe next week or the following u will have ur phone

i think its coming....i havent gotten a 4th e-mail but its sad sprint wont speak on it. their customer service sucks ass
 
I agree... they do suck ass! I've gotten all three emails, too. I also tired calling up there one day to try and get a tracking number and I was told that I would get a call from the manager, but I never got a call! WTH?!..

here is a e-mail you can use and she will have someone contact you. i got $75 in bill credits from e-mailing this lady marci.carris@sprint.com you gotta sound really upset but these the only ppl who were helpful.
