So iPhone 7 devices launch day, 7+ don't hold your breath. 09/30 date here for 7+ Gold 32GB. No tracking number. I did the number portion as the reference number for UPS, nadda.

On BB website when you go to search for any iPhone 7+ for Sprint it says available in store only. I am also thinking that maybe I should have just waited and went to a store Friday morning.
What's everyone think my chances are of being able to change my shipping address? I am considering changing it from my home to work address if it's possible.
The tracking number for my return kit just began working this morning. Status is "Order processed, ready for UPS." Shipping label was created 9/13.
Sprint told me a couple days ago that it is too late on their end, but i'm thinking maybe UPS can.

You might have luck with UPS, but changing the address usually adds a day to the delivery time. Are you able to have it held at a local hub? That usually ends up being ready for pick up on the original delivery date.
My bill is due on 29th of each month and I paid it on 27th of August. I will call them and ask them because it isn't due again until this month on 29th.

Once tracking for your order shows up in UPS My Choice, you may be able to change the shipping address. If you aren't a premium member of UPS My Choice, I think there's a $5 charge for rerouting or rescheduling delivery of a package.
If I recall correctly, Sprint flags all their phone shipments to prevent changing delivery addresses directly through UPS to prevent fraud. I've tried Will Call in the past and the option was not available.
my girlfriend has verizon, ordered the rose gold iphone 7+ 128GB around 2:15 central time as Verizon's site wasn't a huge crap show.
She just got her tracking info and is getting it on the 16th.
So, there are iphone 7 pluses that will be delivered on the 16th. Will Sprint do so? We'll see.

I changed mine the day of preorder through Sprint so it is possible, but I doubt you can do it if the shipping label is already created.
FINALLY got my shipping confirmation this morning. However no email was sent like it told me to "look out for."
Ordered iphone 7 matte black 32G on Friday around 16:30cst.
Like others there is no tracking number for the phone but there is for the return kit.
Also says 3lbs which is obviously not just a return kit.
Anyways says it will be here Friday end of day.

Congrats on shipping. I ordered both of mine within the first two hours of preorders 2 7+ rose golds. 1 -32GB and 1 128GB. Still checking over and over for tracking. So far nothing yet. But I spoke with Sprint yesterday and they said I should have my phone Friday or at the latest Monday. Who knows if they were telling the truth or not though. Lets hope! My case and glass screen protector will be delivered tomorrow.
This is not good! It seems all the + phones are pushed back. I have been following the forum since Friday but haven't shared my story. Here goes...
This is my first time ever preordering (and may be my last). I ordered Friday morning, I was not staying up or setting an alarm for 3:00 since I get up at 5:30 for work.,I figured it would be ok. So I had no issues, my order went through about 5:35am 09/09. I ordered the 7+ 128G Rose Gold. Received my confirmation email and like many others, it stated an Estimated Ship Date of 09/09/2016. I thought that was a bit odd since I had just placed the order but moving on. Few minutes later, i received another email with the listed dates for certain models (Someone else posted it earlier in the forum). According to this new list, my phone had a "Ship By" date of 09/30. Fast forward to today and i have not received anything!!!! No tracking, nothing. Talk about anxiety! LOL
Order status on Sprint states what others have posted..."if order before 09/13, you will ship by 09/30..."
I have tried looking up by reference on UPS, have UPS My Choice also and nothing. Tried calling sprint and chatting and they basically just read back to me what order status states. At this point, I think it would have been better to try my luck at the store. I never get the phones on launch day but this year I decided what the heck but this is not fun lol. I just want a confirmed ship date or any type of info. But some of your posts have given me hope so I guess fingers crossed and hope we get some tracking info today.

Took to Twitter and Facebook with Sprint about how disappointing the launch was an was greeted by a stock Rep on Facebook. Let them know that I understand it's not their problem (those that work on social media), but it's not right to botch a launch like this without recourse. Ie- better communication.
I was asked to send in my order number along with phone number and type of phone as well. Got a message back that though my email said it would ship my October 7th, that it will ship between the 16-30th.
No tracking updates yet and I'm not holding my breath, but anytime I've dealt with a social media team about an issue they are usually more on point than when I call.

I am on my 7+ 32GB Gold. My 2nd order 7+ Rose Gold 32GB which I ordered 5 mins after is showing the updated message and a return kit attached.
Tracking number finally showed something this morning! Ready for UPS!

So do I. In addition to that, since yesterday I still cannot see the status of my orders via safari on my iPhone. When I use chrome on my iPhone it is able to pull up my orders. Same with chrome on windows 10 PC. SO it's very inconsistent. I don't know what to think anymore.
Mine is still blank. Tracking number for return kit but nothing for the phone. It doesn't seem like 3 pounds would just be the return kit but last time the return kit came separately. The person above that has the phone and return kit as the same tracking number- shipment is 4 pounds not three like mine and some others.
