Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Sprint Pre-Order Thread

So will i (vacation for me) only i will be gone thru monday of the following week and i wasnt aware of the no saturday shipping so im screwed. SHe basically gave me no other option but to cancel the order.
I ordered the 7+ 128gb Black on 9/9 at about 11am. I tried tracking it via order # on the UPS website and nothing showed up. My Sprint order page has tbe same msg as others "Your order for the iPhone 7 Plus Black 128GB has been received and will ship by 9/30 if ordered before 11AM CT on 9/13. Your order will ship by 10/19 if ordered after 11AM CT on 9/13. You may track the progress of your order at www.sprint.com/myorder. Additionally, keep an eye out for a shipping email with your tracking information. Thank you for your patience." When I called yesterday the representative told me since Sprint has such a shortage of the plus models it's very unlikely I'll get my phone this month.
Can you have UPS hold for pick up and have a trusted friend or family member get it.
How can they go into a launch with such a shortage of plus models? I know they get an allotted amount from apple but that is so dumb.
I love how every single person is getting almost a completely different answer when they call Sprint. THIS is what is frustrating. Just give us correct information or some type of update that is TRUE.
I don't believe that's true. At least not for the normal black. I ordered at 1:20 AM on release and I have the same ship time. It'll ship before 9/30 even it its only 1 day before. Have hope
I ordered my IPhone 7 + 128 GB (one Black & one Rose Gold) on the 10th around 11PM CST and my message shows it will ship "by" 9/30. Still no tracking number but I actually called in and ordered my phones and the lady mentioned that we should get them on the 16th or no later than the 19th but who really knows.
I'm thinking about re-routing to it to work & having a coworker hold it for me for the week until i get back... to bad i wont be able to test out the camera
Yeah I believe this as well. Called and a rep told me if it's not here by the 16th then expect to get it in 2-5 days. Ordered the 7P 128 matte black
Seems like I'm the only person so far who's ordered the iPhone 7 JB 128GB (Not +). Even if I don't get the phone on launch day, I at least want a tracking number.

I'm like a lot of other people on here... I have the IPhone 6 in excellent working condition but for some reason, I'm chewing my nails waiting on the 7 to show up. Either way, I have found myself on the thread for the last couple of days hoping someone else gets some legit info.
I'm right there with you. I'm checking this formum thread specifically frequently lol and I have a 6sPlus. At least sprint has done something good with the iPhone forever plan. Keeps us apple fans with them (at least for me)
I actually leased my 6 (which looking back was a horrible decision) but I am buying my 7+ this time around. I looked at the IPhone for life plan but after the recent lease experience I am staying away from it.
Off topic, but I just checked and WatchOS3 is out.
I switched from iPhone forever to installment as well...it's a waste of money if you don't upgrade annually ( I usually don't I just got promo pricing for the 6S last year so I went with lease) and when you go into an extended lease if you don't upgrade by the time your lease ends your payments don't go towards paying off the phone. Plus with installments you can add annual upgrade option for $5/month which you can cancel whenever you want.
Really? this is my first time being able to use the program. Since i do plan on upgrading yearly, i don't see the point in buying it outright and going through the hassle of selling it after. much easier this way.
besides the fact that Sprints site was down on launch, it went pretty smooth for me. it told me i was eligible for an upgrade starting september 1st(not sure if thats just for me or the program) but last year i got my 6sPlus in october so it should've made me eligible in october. oh well. the waiting game just sucks since I'm so impatient lol
Last fall the program was upgrade whenever the new iPhone came out...they changed the terms to make you wait until 12 months so it was correct in making you eligible in September...this time you will have to make 12 payments before
I don't think any of us with a 7+ has shipping info yet. We just need to be patient
I started the forever plan in November last year and was able to upgrade starting September 1st. Now that I just upgraded to the 7+, my account says I'm eligible to upgrade again on July 1st.
intersting, i was told from multiple reps even recently that whenever its announced i can preorder it without an issue. if 12 months is the case then i hope it starts when i pre-order although i know i haven't paid anything on it yet. because i feel like my eligibility day will go back and back as time goes on.
I hope I'm allowed to preorder every year and not once i first get this new phone.
