Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Sprint Pre-Order Thread

Do you have 32g or 128 because 128 is heavier?

Mine is blank on both orders in both places. I got up in the middle of the night to order and some people didn't order til that afternoon or the next day and already have tracking information. It is kinda aggravating. I could have saved some sleep LOL ... Sprint order support told me yesterday they believe I will have it Friday or Monday but she had nothing to confirm that... so who knows.

This is my first time ever preordering (and may be my last). I ordered Friday morning, I was not staying up or setting an alarm for 3:00 since I get up at 5:30 for work.,I figured it would be ok. So I had no issues, my order went through about 5:35am 09/09. I ordered the 7+ 128G Rose Gold. Received my confirmation email and like many others, it stated an Estimated Ship Date of 09/09/2016. I thought that was a bit odd since I had just placed the order but moving on. Few minutes later, i received another email with the listed dates for certain models (Someone else posted it earlier in the forum). According to this new list, my phone had a "Ship By" date of 09/30. Fast forward to today and i have not received anything!!!! No tracking, nothing. Talk about anxiety! LOL

Order status on Sprint states what others have posted..."if order before 09/13, you will ship by 09/30..."

I have tried looking up by reference on UPS, have UPS My Choice also and nothing. Tried calling sprint and chatting and they basically just read back to me what order status states. At this point, I think it would have been better to try my luck at the store. I never get the phones on launch day but this year I decided what the heck but this is not fun lol. I just want a confirmed ship date or any type of info. But some of your posts have given me hope so I guess fingers crossed and hope we get some tracking info today.

This is dissapointing. I ordered the 7p black and my ship date 9/23
 
I really hope I get my phone Friday. I pre-ordered my phone late last year and it said the phone was going to ship at the end of September into early October but the phone was shipped to me on launch day.


There is hope!!

I ordered the 7+ 256 gig matte black, I have no tracking info but I still have some hope that it will get here by release day. My order number is 803556*** is that good that I have an earlier order?
 
People with the same phone as me and a few people: iPhone 7+, 128GB, Matte Black are receiving shipping info from other carriers. They ordered it early in the morning just like a bunch of us did. Maybe Sprint is just late to the game, like usual when it comes to shipping info...

I spoke with someone yesterday and was told my iPhone would be here Friday or Monday. Called again today and was told it would not ship until the 30th.. The second guy just read what the website tells you. The lady yesterday went around and dug for information. Who knows what is true. I am just exhausted by this point. Why am I so worried about a phone when my 6SP works just fine.. its just frustrating getting different answers every time you call... I hope I get mine on launch day but I am not holding my breath.

I hope so. Hopefully we get tracking info today or tomorrow

I am right there with you. My 6s is less than a year old haha. But, I want something new and shiny.

Mine was updated to the, "if you ordered before 9/13, you'll receive your phone by 9/30." Basically means the phone will ship no later than 9/30. Still mean we could get them on release day haha.

Around 4pm 9/9. Super late.

But as someone else said, I ordered a 7, not a plus. So supplies are less strained.

Also worth noting that I did not get a specific tracking number for the phone, nor did I receive an email. I am using the tracking number given for the return kit, which first showed up around Monday, but only began working on UPS's site this morning. The package is listed as 3lbs, so it obviously is not just the return kit, something else is with it. Also, there have been many UPS planes carrying iPhones from Anchorage landing in Louisville, which is where my package is. Therefore, I'd say it's a safe bet this is it!

Mine says the same. Am glad i ordered before the 13th.
 
My IP+ 256g gave me a ship-out date of 9/23 and i just got off the phone with a rep that said they would go that day and arrive on monday.
