I've been using the Tapatalk app with alerts. I feel the same way. Everyone I hear my phones alert go off, I think that could be it. Someone with a plus got their tracking number.

I'm losing it!

I just got off the phone with an executive and she told me based on her internal information I should have the phone on the 16th. She told me if I don't get it, then I need to email her asap.

I ordered around 530-550am on sept 9.

Got a response from another associate of hers named Jakki and she gave the same ******** answer that we all have been getting. I ordered a 128gb matte black 7 plus. Im hoping to get an email tonight at some point but so far nothing back yet
 
Received a call from Sprint Corporate and I told the man that they should have placed an alert or a message on the splash page on 9/9 to have alerted people that the Jet Black models had little to no stock. Although he didn't give me any information about the shipping, he told me he was going to refer to his manager.
 
I emailed that lady, and got a call from someone at Sprint and she said she did some digging and made calls about my order which was for a 7 plus 128gb jet black. She said she got info that they had not been giving people. She said it looked like there was a very good chance I get mine this Friday from the dates she had. So thats promising!!!


I emailed that lady as well and a gentleman called me about 15 minutes later. He looked up my account and basically told me the exact same thing that I already know...my Jet Black 256GB 7 Plus will ship before October 7.

My Note 7 can't go 5 hours a day without needing a charge. It turned off and didn't come back on for about 10 mins. I was hoping to pop the 7 Plus on my line and return this Note 7.

Thats weird. The lady that called me was soo helpful and nice!! Took time to look into it and everything and came back saying that from everything she gathered, she thinks I should get it Friday.

Gotcha... since I'm new to the thread I obviously missed it but thought I would ask.

I always like to try and support the underdog. Through the past few years, I've put up with Sprint's sub-par quality because there were a few things that really made me think that they were going to pull ahead. Especially in the past couple of years. I thought that with Soft Bank backing them, there was nowhere to go but up. Yeah... that was incorrect. Sprint is the radioactive hot potato that keeps getting volleyed around, and it doesn't seem anyone has been able to make anything better. It's a shame, but it is time to move on.
 
Ok so I ordered a iPhone 7 plus 128 GB black and a iPhone 7 32 Gn rose gold on 9/9 around 8pm and I just got a notifications from my UPS that a 3lb package is coming from sprint. Not sure if just one or both but it will be here 9/16z

I could've ordered a 256 Jet Black Plus and had it Friday... I didn't because I'm no longer available for an upgrade, so I'm assuming there's a device assigned to me?

It's because your upgrade is pending. Same with me. I can't check out at best buy because my upgrade has been processed with sprint.

That makes sense. Maybe where I live has allowed me to benefit from their price and overall "solid" network in major metro areas. I'm hoping they finally start to piggy back off of some the more rural cell towers or just build their own to expand their network even more. Seems like they have a lot of $$ to spend but can't seem to do anything productive with it.

Now that's heartbreaking because I just called my husband and told him our phones will be here Friday but most likely it's just mines, the rose gold 7. And it was originated from Louisville so they are already in the US

How did you speak with Corporate? I sent an email to that address listed previously but have not received a phone call.

I'm going to assume that I was one of the first to send an email to that address. Anyway, after about 10 minutes, I received a call from Corporate and my issue was being looked at.

Ironically I posted the email address and have heard nothing back. Generally they do reply quickly though.
