So I emailed Marci with what ended up being a rant instead of just a request for useful information. I guess 15+ years of anything but consistent service finally broke.
My reply so far is what you guys received. "Will have my people get back to you".
For me I think it's just the BS lack of transparency and laughable preorder expirence.
I have never bothered to preorder a device. I guess I should have read up on how it works. I expected to have to fight to get an order in, then be kept up to date once I succeeded. I didn't expect canned dates for each device right out of the gate. I bothered to get up at 3 am est because I believed there was a first serve type of thing going on. My mistake.
